Love this place. Great view. Great food. Friendly staff. Sometimes I go waaay out of my way to stop there.
Came for lunch during our ride on the Katy Trail. Tuscan flatbread was good, burger was filling, Greek salad was great for sharing. Live music on the patio was great. Staff was friendly.
15 years ago we had a fabulous time at Mount Pleasant, but we came back Saturday September 13th and the young man conducting wine tastings was very condescending and very rude it was a horrible experience for us we're so sorry that we went out of our way to come to this Winery and taste average to below average wine and receive such poor treatment. We now understand why Mount Pleasant has such low ratings 🙄 we no longer recommend them ,go to another winery ...
Since Hoffman bought them out it's not the same. The view is okay and the service was mid. Missouri wine is okay but the ambience always made up for it. Hoffman ruined it. Will not be back.
Had a great night Tim Cunningham was real good
Nice scenery and a relaxing atmosphere with positive vibes and energy.
Very nice selection of ports & knowledgeable serving staff. An onsite cafe with a nice selection sandwiches & sharables. Very expansive location, with several nice sculptures about the property.
Good wine and great food. Ambiance was very nice, good place to get a glass and stay awhile
Beautiful winery with great trees for shade and an excellent chef with delicious menu items.
We found this little gem in Augusta after a long ride on the Katy Trail. We were staying at a B&B but it was a Monday and not much was open for dinner. This winery cafe opens on Mondays for Katy Trail riders. Food was great, wine was tasty, and friendly atmosphere.

Friendly staff. Good wines.
Website and phone recording said they were open on Sunday from 11-5. Drove an hour to visit and then they were closed!! Very angry and disappointed. Thank goodness Defiance Winery only 15 minutes away saved our afternoon. Shame on you Mount Pleasant.
UPDATE Found out they were closed due to bad road conditions in the morning and had to make an early decision. I understand this. Thanks for letting me know.
A huge and spacious winery location. Their selection of wine is good. Plus we stumbled upon cool looking cars at this location! Can’t beat that.
Great wine and view but I expected more when you serve brunch. $50 for my wife and I for just breakfast items no lunch items at "Brunch". I was told lunch items would be served after breakfast ran out. Most of the food was great but that sausage gravy tasted "different", I can't put my taste buds on the flavor. Mimosas were strong.
During our last day of riding on the Katy Trail we stopped at Mt Pleasant Winery and it was so nice. We had an excellent lunch at the Cafe and then some wine tasting before heading back on the trail. Only regret was we couldn’t spend a longer time there.
