I had an excellent experience at Domino’s thanks to Kreo. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Kreo was patient, friendly, and provided outstanding customer service, making me feel like more than just another customer. The way they handled everything with care and efficiency truly stood out, and it made my visit so much better. It’s rare to come across employees who genuinely take pride in their work, but Kreo definitely does, and it shows. I have three toddlers and am on chemo. I order pizza from Dominos when I’m sick & can’t manage to cook or drive anywhere. 4 out of the 5 times I’ve ordered, 3 times it was delivered to the wrong house, and 1 time was missing part of my order & they never fixed it. They do not care when this happens, and I’m forced to make my babies something to eat. I love my kids, but when you are so sick, cooking is very difficult.

Very chaotic, and it seemed to be somewhat organized until it wasn't. Was in town running errands and decided to do an online order because we were about 10 to 15 minutes away which was about perfect 👌 Well we get there a few minutes early so we watch the timer on the app and with a few minutes to go i walked in to pay and pick up the pizza the young lady says it will be just a minute. Then I hear her ask about the counter order and what I guess was the manager said oh it's on a remake so I sat there for 15 to 20 minutes waiting and still said nothing to me. Only 1 of ours was a remake. The other one sat on the rack the whole time. WILL NOT RETURN.
