Went thru the drive thru today on our way through town. The service was very friendly and the food was good. The person who took our payment and the person who gave us our meal were both energetic and friendly.

1 star is being way to nice, after sitting at the intercom for 10 mins then asking to hold on a little longer. Then asking to repeat every thing on my order after they repeated it back to me. Got to the pickup window and was asked to pull to a parking spot. There was already 8 cars parked waiting for their food. This has always been the worse McDonald's I have ever been to.

I’m afraid a one star is too generous. I understand the lack of employees, but close the lobby if you can’t wait on us, or get us our food, or be kind to us or smile. People might be more sympathetic if you would say sorry about your wait instead of glaring at us like you wish we would disappear!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! So went through drive thru and ordered a hamburger plain again one hamburger plain! Pull to window and paid and pulled up to next window and after about a minute window opens up and rude girl says we are waiting on your order pull up to spot 1............. I said it's a plain hamburger are you serious? She rolls her eyes and shutting the window says yes pull up to spot 1. After pulling up and waiting there another 10 minutes , I get out of car to get my money back and girl walks out with four different orders. I said is one of those a plain hamburger? She very snarky says YES! I took bag and asked for Manager name? She replied we can't give that information out lol are you kidding me!!!!!!! We typically go to McDonald's often but how this company has declined to we will be boycotting this company from now on!!!!!!!!!!!
