My family and I had a huge order... for 9 people. We placed our order, got it in a timely manner, and every single item was there and made the right way. The best part is that the food was exactly what you expect from McDonalds. Yummy. Thank you

I eat around $100 worth a week on average at McDonald's because it's what my workplace likes to get. 5 days a week. This McDonald's isn't great about giving you hot food. Id say 8 times out of 10 the fries are limp and cold. They get my meal wrong often and items are left out of my purchase. However on the plus side they have a few drive through cashiers that are so amazing and treat you like a friend rather than a customer and that goes a long way especially with errors being common. So thumbs up for the staff. Their attitude really creates a positive from a negative.

Ordered in the app. Got there parked in #7 spot. App says food is ready will be out shortly. After 23 min. I went in. She said they are making it now. Go back out and wait some more. She finally comes out. All of my food is cold and stale. And after waiting all this time I had no desire to go back in. Every car in the drive through went before us. They waited until there was nobody else to wait on before we got our food. This is by far the worst McDonalds I've ever been to.

Went thru the drive thru today on our way through town. The service was very friendly and the food was good. The person who took our payment and the person who gave us our meal were both energetic and friendly.

1 star is being way to nice, after sitting at the intercom for 10 mins then asking to hold on a little longer. Then asking to repeat every thing on my order after they repeated it back to me. Got to the pickup window and was asked to pull to a parking spot. There was already 8 cars parked waiting for their food. This has always been the worse McDonald's I have ever been to.

I’m afraid a one star is too generous. I understand the lack of employees, but close the lobby if you can’t wait on us, or get us our food, or be kind to us or smile. People might be more sympathetic if you would say sorry about your wait instead of glaring at us like you wish we would disappear!
