We’ve doors dash from this location several times to trying to give it a chance and they’ve often gotten several orders wrong, the food has been old and dry, and they have multiple times canceled my order without explanation even though I had 30 minutes left to order and I have to get a refund and then it’s too late for me to order somewhere else instead.

Store is focused on getting there drive thru times down than actually working to improve there times if you charge nearly $10 for breakfast at a fast food restaurant you shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes

Went throught the drive through today,ordered chicken nuggets and a large iced carmal macchiato with two extra shots of espresso. So when I got my coffee it was made wrong because I didn't have the two extra shots in it so I asked the lady in the drive thru about it and she rolled her eyes at me then said want me to remake it and I said yes then some guy comes out without my coffee and I explained to him eventually tried to have the person I was on the phone with try to explain it also because he wasnt understanding. Then he brings me an empty cup. At this point I've been wait for 25 mins then he go's back in to make my coffee so then I wait for about 20 morr mins then my coffee finally comes out without the extra shots in it and the manger thinking it's funny then after I get mad and get into with her and she tells me she was unaware of it suppose to have the extra shots no one told her or it would have been made right and apologize to me then told me to come back tomorrow and they would refund me told her to just keep my money because it's every time I come here someone has to get mad and roll there eyes or run there mouths and my coffee is never right.she told me that wasn't right well it's not right for me to show up and have to deal with rude people and still not get anything but I should have just went to the one in Mt Vernon like I've been having to do because this location can never make anything right or I'm missing food. It's like. No one can count. 0 stars- easy enough to count 0. I recommend any other location that is not this one.

Labor day came into town at around 9:15pm to pick up a order of 40 nuggets 3 hamburgers 2 big Mac and 3 large fry and then went back home just to find out we had 3 pack hamburger 2 with no meat and 3 medium fry this has happened a few to many times
