I just have to make a complaint about this. Never eaten there. Why then would I leave a bad review? Because their hours are insane to me. Who is closed on a Tuesday? Monday I understand to a VERY SMALL EXTENT but for Christ sake a Tuesday? Also, why are they not open until 4? Is their assumption that people don’t eat lunch in this town. I am upset because today is my birthday, this is what I wanted for dinner and guess what? I can’t have it because the Pizza Hut in Aurora has decided (for whatever reason) to make understanding their hours of operation harder than theoretical physics. I won’t do business with a place like this.

My husband and I enjoyed a great lunch on Christmas Eve. We love Levi, Celeste, Leo, David, Timothy and the gang. The place was clean and the food was amazing. We even received a discount! We will be back.

Didn't get what I ordered tried calling them and they didn't answer the phone kept hanging up the phone.

We had a great experience this evening. Pizza was hot and fresh, tasted great and the staff was friendly and professional. Our server Sara was so sweet. We will definitely be coming back.
Went in at about 3pm,only customers in the restaurant, we received our food and were never waited on after that...We had to take pizza's and bread sticks on serving trays to front desk to even get a box...Definitely will not return

9/10/23 Today me and granddaughters are pizza buffet and service was great hot pizza was put out non stop absolutely delicious. I couldn't believe how much improvement they done on staff and service in few months great food thank you

People work really hard for money these days everything is so expensive for you to spend $20 or $30 on pizza and then not come out right anytime you order it or every time you order it comes out wrong is really just heartening like I said everybody works hard for the money these days and it would be nice if they could just get your order right and then when you call back and they try to fix it by adding the credit they want to give you a third of what you spend on your credit like the last time they messed up my order I spent $30 they want to give me a $10 credit

Evidently they are going through some problems at this location, was very bad food fir years and service. They got a new manager and was trying to turn it around two weeks ago I ordered a family box,2 pizzas wings and cheesy bread sticks, it was awesome just like years ago, I ordered the exact same order2 days ago, and it was so bad, we couldn't eat it, wings didn't have any sauce on them, I ordered garlic parmesian(spelling).I don't anticipate going back..
