Took 40 minutes past the stated delivery time. I was on the phone with the store canceling because I wasn't paying almost $70 for cold pizza 2hen the poor driver showed up. Feel bad for him, wasn't his fault. The store should have done something especially since I called 25 minutes earlier and they said he just left and I was the first stop. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. not the poor driver's fault. Franchisee should be revoked for tarnishing the Pizza Hut name.

I just have to make a complaint about this. Never eaten there. Why then would I leave a bad review? Because their hours are insane to me. Who is closed on a Tuesday? Monday I understand to a VERY SMALL EXTENT but for Christ sake a Tuesday? Also, why are they not open until 4? Is their assumption that people don’t eat lunch in this town. I am upset because today is my birthday, this is what I wanted for dinner and guess what? I can’t have it because the Pizza Hut in Aurora has decided (for whatever reason) to make understanding their hours of operation harder than theoretical physics. I won’t do business with a place like this.

My husband and I enjoyed a great lunch on Christmas Eve. We love Levi, Celeste, Leo, David, Timothy and the gang. The place was clean and the food was amazing. We even received a discount! We will be back.

Didn't get what I ordered tried calling them and they didn't answer the phone kept hanging up the phone.
Parking: Plenty of parking cause there take out only they closed the inside

We had a great experience this evening. Pizza was hot and fresh, tasted great and the staff was friendly and professional. Our server Sara was so sweet. We will definitely be coming back.

Went in at about 3pm,only customers in the restaurant, we received our food and were never waited on after that...We had to take pizza's and bread sticks on serving trays to front desk to even get a box...Definitely will not return

9/10/23 Today me and granddaughters are pizza buffet and service was great hot pizza was put out non stop absolutely delicious. I couldn't believe how much improvement they done on staff and service in few months great food thank you
