I went through the drive thru tonight with my husband and the guy at the window accidentally dropped my tots. He owned up to it and tried to make it right any possible way for the additional 2 minute wait for new ones, even at my protest that it wasn’t necessary! He did a fantastic job and we appreciated his commitment so much!!!

Kylie needs to definitely improve her customer service skills. Push the red button and she said we needed to wait for her to take another order. Waited 5 minutes and wasn’t another person in the parking lot at all. Pushed it again and she answered a you could tell she forgot about us. We order a kids meal with a jr. burger and she adds just the burger and asked what else we wanted. We had to tell her 3 times we wanted the kids meal, not just a junior burger. My wife spoke up try to make clear that she wanted a kids meal. Kylie got an attitude and said “Don’t yell at me!”. My wife never yelled, she tried to speak up and more clear so they could her. The whole time she took the order she had a bad attitude. Food was fine. But Kylie needs to have a talking to

Carhops scan and don’t bring anything out, they run out of things and don’t mark them unavailable on the app, cold food. Can’t even make a rainbow slush.

Inflexible on their hours. Wouldn't agree with the change of price prior to the half price option. Didn't order, so we moved on to their competition.

Multiple occasions of bad experiences, but this was the last one. I ordered ahead 20 minutes or so, because you know how slow sonics are. I get there, wait 10 minutes, and they come out to tell me they threw my food away and are making new stuff. I ordered ahead for a reason. I used to love sonic. I'm officially done w every sonic thanks to this one. SHUT IT DOWN!
