Ordered 2 drinks thru app. Arrived a few minutes after order placed. Took over 10 minutes to have drinks brought out. Pretty ridiculous.

Ordered a corndog and small tater tots.
The corndog was close to being burnt and the tots tasted like old grease.
Absolutely disgusting!
As far as the help....while asking my order she was laughing and acting very unprofessional. The carhop rattled off my order, handed it to me and walked off.
This iplace needs help!!!!! Priced high with bad food and service, no thankyou!!!

Just about every time I have been to this restaurant, my order is wrong. I only go back for the fact that I'm hoping it's different. My order is wrong each time. I call and speak with the manager who claims he is the owner. I tell the boy that he has incompetent emply, he literally tells me to stop saying that. Well....if they screw up most of my orders, who knows how many others, simply because incompotenece. Don't tell me to stop saying it!! Do something about it.

Love the Aurora sonic. The owner is so nice and such a hard worker! Even when she has no staff, she will take the orders, cook it, and take it to your car. And still serve good hot food. 5 stars is the minimum of what this store diserves.

We had it door dashed. My kid had a foot long chili cheese dog and tots, all correct and we'll made. I tried the double smash burger. Burger was all wrong! No onions, added bacon,barely any sauce on it. Patties were overcooked,over seasoned and dry. Tots were excellent though. Nuff Sed! 🤙

My first time through this establishment after hearing they do “a good job” but boy was I surprised. I waited 49 minutes, drove home(which I live about 4 minutes away), opened my bag to find over half my order was missing. Hopped back in the car to return to see about the remaining items from my order to have been greeted by the nastiest attitude BECAUSE I CAME BACK FOR WHAT I ORDERED. good luck you. I’ll never contribute to your payroll again

Ordered a breakfast toaster meal and got all the way home and looked in the bag to find out no toaster sandwich. How come fast food restaurants can't get their crap together.

Long story short, order was wrong and the shift supervisor was very eude. We ordered through door dash, driver contacted and stated he was waiting on onion rings. It took nearly an hour for the order to arrive. The onion rings looked shredded, one of the burgers was supposed to be a double cheeseburger pickles only came single patty smothered in ketchup, the burrito looked thrown together. When we called the store the shift supervisor was very rude and stated she told the driver that her people were just not listening.

I absolutely love the employees at the Aurora Sonic! I just wish the owner knew that when your only concerned about labor hours instead of customer and employee satisfaction..you're selling yourself short. Do better by your customers and employees

I am typically not one to write a review, but this Sonic needs to take the Chick-Fil-A course on getting their orders out efficiently. The fact that I waited 30 minutes for a medium sweet tea is a little ridiculous. I understand this happening maybe once, but this has happened the last 5 times I have come here. Waiting 10 minutes would be a stretch, but to wait 20-30 minutes is ridiculous.

Okay, now I tried to empathize I did, but when I baked in the sun with my family for half an hour for the food to come out bad just sucks, they said they were training someone and got behind, which is valid but when the fries are stale, my burrito was cold and so were the chicken tenders. The order sat so long the ice In my ice coffee was melted and watered down, not to mention he forgot our condiments AND our straws (we had two slushies), we waited like 10 minutes to get them before just leaving. You lose the ability to empathize. Also he forgot the fork to my brothers chili dog so he got chili everywhere. Never going back.

I never do this but.... The wait was seriously long. Which would have been ok, but the food was barely warm. We didn't get straws(we had 2 plushies) we asked for condiments specifically and didn't get them. We had a chilli cheese coney and didn't get a fork. Oh and we ended up with a melted shake that we didn't order
