I normally don't complain however I ordered 2 hours ahead of time and it took money off my card. I also called ahead and asked about it. They never called to say it never went through yet my card said it took money off. Aftwards I thought maybe my card was bad so I used another. It wouldn't go through. The app takes years to load. Not bad employees but a horrible app. After the entire mess I asked if I could use their sale that was on the app in person and they couldn't. So I wound up spending double what i would have
Horrible customer service and the lady in there was extremely rude. Super disappointed subway is usually great but the management at this place is gonna run this location into the groun.
Very disappointed. Order 2 foot long for $14. They said one of them was not in the deal so they threw that 1 away and have to order a different version. I can't believe that threw it away. This should have been good customer service and let me have it. And then say next time you can't do that, I can't believe they threw it in the garbage won't be going back. They shouldn't say any foot long!!!!, The ones that we did get there was one layer of meat.That was it very disappointed.
I ordered to go tonight. I am not one to complain however, the bread did not taste fresh. The meatballs were burnt and dry and there was little to no toppings on my sandwich and basically no marinara. The customer service was not great and I felt as though I was a bother to the cashier. Most of the time when I go in the food and customer service is great this time I was so disappointed. My mom works at a subway half an hour a way and they always honor online coupons and the food is always fresh and the quality is good. I guess I will be making a drive to get subway in the future.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT EAT HERE PLEASE. I ate a sandwich from here and I got the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had in my entire life. I can’t even smell chipotle sauce without wanting to barf anymore.
Disappointed, not like it used to be, won't be going back, to much money for what you get ,not worth it.

I got 2 "6 inch" sandwiches tonight. I swear they were 4" sandwiches. I couldn't believe the size for the price. Don't think I'll order from here again!

Ever since they started changing up the menu things just aren't as good at Subway. Stuff just isn't as good as subway as it used to be. Been looking at other places like Jimmy Johns. Now there's a reason. Used to be that the prices were a saving grace with subway. Now they're just as high as the other places. Not interested in a response as it'll just be a justification.
