Ever since they started changing up the menu things just aren't as good at Subway. Stuff just isn't as good as subway as it used to be. Been looking at other places like Jimmy Johns. Now there's a reason. Used to be that the prices were a saving grace with subway. Now they're just as high as the other places. Not interested in a response as it'll just be a justification.
Food is usually good but the manager is rude every time as well as most of the employees. The lady that helped me today we hostile. The employees look like they hate working there. They do not honor any online coupons. Pretty sure the franchise owners don't care about customer service knowing it's the only place to get fesh sandwiches around here and people will visit regardless. I don't even like eating in the resteraund because it feel very tense.
Just ate here with my mom. The girl working the counter is 100% an artist! That was the best sandwich I've had from here in a LONG time. And so friendly. We didn't get her name though. 7/27/[email protected].
