I'm a sucker for sweets and this was tasty. Pretty good. Almost comparable to Ted Dewey's or whatever the name is of the famous frozen custard in the St Louis area.
Parking: There is parking but it can be a pain getting around when you have lots of cars trying to go through the drive thru

This place was good a few years ago - just went tonight with my kids and wife. My wife's Bootdaddy with chocolate custard was a cup of chocolate ice cream, my pretzel caramel crunch had no caramel. Disappointing because my family loved coming here a year or two ago.

Had a great time to end a celebration. Service was a bit slow though.
Wow! My wife & I just went through the drive thru & ordered 2 small chocolate cones. What we got looked like a child’s size (tiny) cone with the ice cream barely covering the top of the cone for $6.07. Ridiculous, what has happened to this place? We used to get a decent size cone & ice cream for far less. I wish I’d had taken a picture! What a total rip off. Too bad Andy’s in Ballwin IS NOT what it used to be! Much Smaller size & cost much more ! Total disappointment ! Won’t go back! Customers will remember being taken advantage of in the future- trust me!

Absolutely AWFUL. One of their employees was extremely disrespectful to me and others. He messed up one of the orders and when asked to fix it, he refused saying “you ordered the crunch” when he didn’t say crunch. When manager was mentioned, the workers demeanor completely changed and then redid their order. Worker was wearing glasses and a red Andy’s hat in yellow print.
