Love this place! The lady that took our order was helpful and accommodating. I had the new Cookie Butter concrete, it was good. It was very sweet, but that's to be expected. The root beer float was good, but prefer ice cream not custard in it. The Butter Pecan concrete was perfection!

As far as the icecream and treats go, this spot is delicious! I always wait until this time of year so I can get their Apple Pie Sundae! I got it last night and it didn't disappoint! The sweet caramel along with the yummy slice of apple pie put in the middle with frozen custard surrounding it is just heaven as an apple pie lover! YUM-O! Now, as far as the customer service last night... it was not on point....as a mom with 2 little boys who can barely stop talking at times (haha!) it's hard for me to concentrate, at times... let alone! Trying to remember everyone's order by the time I get up to the window or the person outside taking our order. The person outside taking our order had NO personality and seemed a little off...I would have appreciated a hand held menu so I could just read off what I wanted and a wonderful greeter/worker who was enthusiastic to be working there, would have been nice! My kids and I enjoyed the treats!

Man, I paid almost $8 for a small concrete only for it to be not even filled to the brim. It was delicious, but very disappointed with this. There were no customers inside and I was the only car in the drive thru. I actually thought it was closed by how dead it was since it reached 30 degrees out. Very disappointed. One star because of pumpkin pie and another star for the vanilla custard.

I have come here many times over the years with family and friends. the past few visits have not met my expectations. Anytime I go through the drive through something is either wrong or an employee is rude. Tonight, one of our concretes was wrong, one was not mixed well at all and they were rude to us for paying cash. You think with the price that the customer service and quality would at least be a bit better.

This place is always crowded at night but the line moves pretty quick. They have many toppings to choose from and the custard taste great. I keep forgetting to take pics of the ice cream because we eat then as soon as they are handed to us lol. How can you not? Every season, they bring back seasonal flavors. My fav are the pumpkin concrete and the apple pie sundae. Peach is in season now and I like that one too. The fruit taste so fresh which is why we pass 3 ice cream places just to come to Andy's.

Unfortunately, this Andy's is not the best. While their ice cream is good their toppings are always lacking. I get the same thing mostly every time I go and one of the elements is always missing which sucks because you pay extra for the addition of some of the toppings. Last night I went with my boyfriend and we both basically paid 8 bucks for a cup of chocolate ice cream when we were suppose so to have concretes loaded with toppings. Think I found one strawberry in mine. Would definitely recommend going to one of their other locations.
