The Server was great. My food was good, but, my Sister's steak was horrible!!! Complete Sinew and she couldn't even cut it!! Sorry to say all this, but it is completely true and probably it will be a long time before we will ever to patronize Applebee's again!!
The Big Cluckin Chicken Sandwich is "THE BOMB" Unfortunately it's only for a limited time. You absolutely have to try it. I hope it becomes a menu regular. Service was great

Walked in around 6:30pm, got seated a booth about 30 seconds later, was told that our server would be with us shortly, referenced a server named Celeste. We sat there for 20 minutes, no server interacted with us, no drinks were ordered, nothing. We watched our supposed server serve everyone else in that section, grab napkins, condiments, etc. Not once did she even come up to us, but passed our booth several times. As we left, she was sweeping at the table behind ours, chatting with other customers. Maybe it was a miscommunication with the hostess, but that was inexcusable. Won't be coming back.
