The boneless wings are becoming ridiculous. Half of my "wings" were smaller than the size of a quarter. Absolutely ridiculous for the cost.

Should have read the reviews before placing my order. Pick up order..1 item..order some chips and queso to go. Couldn't find my order...took 20 mins to bring my order. Then when I opened my queso the container was half full.

Placed a pickup order of honey BBQ wings, wings half covered cold bbq sauce all just sitting in the bottom of the to go box, wrong flavor sauce than what I asked for and what’s labeled on the to go order.

We only get BWW every so often and more times than not, this place has disappointed us. Either not having the order ready in time, forgetting portions of our order and asking us to waiting for them to fix it, or making the wings so poorly that they are no longer edible, no place we have ever ate has been run so poorly. After being disappointed yet again, we have had enough and will no longer bring our business here. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We had a table of 5 (pretty typical). The restaurant was not busy at all. We ordered our food when the waitress brought the drinks. My husband ordered a beer when he ordered his food and didn't get it until the food came. The fries and mozzarella sticks were cold. The chicken tenders were hot though. The utensils were dirty, so i used my fingers to eat my boneless wings.I used to really enjoy BWW, but the last few times have not been great by any means. I was going to do a survey off the receipt, but it doesn't even mention it. Most receipts have a survey for comments these days, but they don't care obviously.

I had the worst experience here. The waitress took our order and someone else brought our food. We haven't seen our waitress for 40 minutes and she never brought our sodas and refilled our waters. We had to ask a busser for the waitress because we were ready to leave. When we finally saw her, she had an attitude because we asked for a box. When we were about to leave we had to wait another 10 minutes to finally pay for the bill. I understand it was busy but she had an awful attitude the whole time and never apologized.

Placed an online order and when we came to pick it up - we were instructed that we had to check the order before leaving. I don’t understand why - if their employees are unable to properly fill an order and make sure it’s correct why does this fall in the customer? For my order of 46 wings in total - we were given 3 ranch cups. I asked for more and was told we would have to pay. After checking I notice I was missing my daughters fries and 6 wings. I tried to speak to the employee and she turned her back on me and started talking to another employee. I tried to call the manager and she didn’t take it seriously. Not even a concerned that the employee ignored us rudely nor that we were missing food. Just got an “okay, I’ll address it”. Very poor customer service.
Got seated at 6:00 didn't have my order taken till 6:30 after order was taken a whole hour went by and still no word on how long the food will be don't recommend going there on a busy day I can't seem to keep it together had a lot of people walking out with no food after order

Food was good service was okay but I enjoy talking with my son
It took 25min to set our order and it was cold and wrong. Not to mention the music was So Loud that we couldn't hear the waiter nor each other. After completion of our meal it took a another 15min to get the check. I really hope they do better because it is one of my favorite locations. I drive a great distance just because of the service and quality of the location. I really hope that they get it back together.

Warning, don't order online and expect to get your entire order of overpriced food. They can't seem to give you your entire order in one trip. I had ordered once a year. Last year, they forgot our sauce...we just went without...this year they shorted us 25 wings and our sauce......love driving west on Manchester to go back to get what they should have given me to begin with.....

Bathrooms dirtier than a run down gas station- urine everywhere- literal puddles in the women’s. And bugs… Couldn’t get out fast enough once we saw the bug.
