Our server was nice and my margarita was good. But..the tables were dirty and the staff was sitting down and chatting with each other inside and outside the restaurant. We decided to not eat there. We went somewhere else to eat. We won't be back.

2 of the Waitresses(Not ours) stood in the bar area bitching and cussing the whole time. The wings are still good, but the menu beyond that has changed too much & all the brisket options are gone. Our Waitress did a good job though.

KIMBY IS AWESOME. Hard worker. Selfless. She is the best. and deserves a raise.
Every other worker is awful. Terrible. sitting around on their phones, not doing their job. completely incompetent. and they should be fired! where has work ethic and customer experience gone.

Kimberly was amazing! She was attentive and was one of the best servers I’ve experienced. However the rest of your staff is lazy and incompetent! They sit around on their phones in booths and don’t make eye contact with customers. They are useless and need to be fired immediately.
Kimberly (Kimby) is one of the only good things about this location. She was prompt with seating, orders, drinks, delivery, service, and conversation. She is kind and deserves more than what you pay her and support you are not giving her. You have 4 young women who sat around the entire time doing jack-all while Kimby ran around doing everything under the sun. Thank you, Kimby, for your excellent service, but shame on the others who show respect only for themselves and scrolling on they phone.

Wings have come out shriveled, cold, and heavily sauced on more than one occasion.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing.
We were seated at a dirty table, and the staff seemed to have an attitude from the start — both while seating us and while taking our order. The surface of the table was noticeably unclean, so I took a picture to document it. As soon as I did, everything changed. The staff’s behavior shifted completely. One of the workers even came over and asked why I took a photo. I explained the situation, and suddenly her attitude became much more polite.
This makes me question why we weren’t treated with respect from the beginning. Customers shouldn’t have to take pictures or complain to get decent service.

The food was as usual, very good — no complaints there. But the day we visited, they were clearly short-staffed. I really felt bad for the one server who was running around trying her best to keep up with everyone. She was literally everywhere, doing all she could. Unfortunately, it was still kind of a disaster overall. The service just couldn’t keep up, which affected the whole experience. Hope they get better support next time.

My husband and I visited the location on manchester last night and we were very disappointed. It took too long for our food to come and when it did, my husband sandwich and fries were cold. So the waitress asked if he would like it remade and it would take 5 minutes. Well it took like 15 minutes. While I was waiting for his food to come, my sandwich and fries were getting cold. We asked the waitress for an adjustment on the bill and instead of sending the manager over, she was very rude and argued with us. We called after we left to talk to the manager and he told us he would call us back. We have not heard from him. Buffalo wild wings should teach their waiters and waitresses ....when a customer has a complaint, don't argue with the customer. Send the manager over to the table. We will never visit this location again.
It was the worst experience ever, the whole situation was weird. It’s not our first time at a buffalo wild wings it might have been our fault we did have a party of 6 at 9, but they do close at 11 we ordered our food right away we did understand that it was already 9 so we tried to make this fast. When we got there the music was blasting like usual, we ordered our food and drink. While we were waiting the music stopped playing and they stared to play the news through the whole restaurant. Do you know what the news was about immigrants and we are not immigrants but we look like once and we are proud of it. I don’t know what the server’s intentions were but every wild wing we go to the music never stops playing and why would they play that news when it was on the sports channel mind you it was just us and a black couple in the dining room and four ppl at the bar. With how crazy the world is that felt personal when we stared to make comments like “where did the music go” and “who put the news talking bad about us” and we did say it pretty loud so other people would hear they immediately turn the music back on. And if your saying what if they almost closed thats probably protocol, no it was still 9:26 we still didn’t even have our food. A new table was walking in. Then when our food came out the server attitude changed drastically on one of our burgers they forgot the guacamole and yes we did order it, we asked her for a side of guacamole, buffalo and a new water all in the time so she would have to come back. SHE ROLLED HER EYES. She sets the things we asked for on the table and left never came back to check on us nothing which was fine. I’m a server and two other people in that table are servers we understand the tipping world, we are good tippers but as servers we know that tips are earned and she did nothing but make us feel uncomfortable. When it was time to pay we split the bill three ways, and no that’s not hard to do you just create a new receipt and select the items that you want on the check. One of our friends was alone he had a burger and a sprite his total was 26 dollars he gave her a 50 and of course he’s going to ask for change thats 24 dollars left she came back with the 24 she just threw the money on that table and said I’ll be back with ur 27 cents. She didn’t give us time to tell her we don’t need they 27 cents she went to the bar and then to the register by the exit and was asking everyone for 27 cents and was being so extra about it making comments to her co workers “yea they really want the 27 cents”
“They are really making me look for them” “yes I know it’s stupid” GIRL WE DO NOT NEED 27 cents. You came and threw the money and didn’t even wait for us to say anything we still tipped her 15% because why not but she didn’t deserve more. That is being a horrible person, we have the money but you mad us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I promise we are good tippers and nice people. That was so un necessary.

Worst Bufalo Wild Wings I have ever been. I ordered the nachos and it barely had toppings. Had to ask for more. They added a bit more but the nachos were stale, cold, and little flavor. I also ordered the cheese curd and it was 1/4 of the typical size in other locations. The server was probably new, which meant he was very slow.
