It took 25min to set our order and it was cold and wrong. Not to mention the music was So Loud that we couldn't hear the waiter nor each other. After completion of our meal it took a another 15min to get the check. I really hope they do better because it is one of my favorite locations. I drive a great distance just because of the service and quality of the location. I really hope that they get it back together.
We had a pretty rough experience with this location. We were seated right away but it took at least 5 min for someone to come to our table. The waitress just looked at us. After ordering our food, we waited FOREVER. At least 30 min went by. No one stopped by to tell us what was going on or to refill our drinks. When the food came, the chicken tenders and fries were cold. The hot sauce on the wings were ordered was wrong. No one came by to check on us. The other food the table...
Worst service my family and I have ever had coming to this location. The food was not as good as it usually is, Service was Horrible considering it was not busy at All!! We kept having to Ask for our drinks to be refilled. Waiter kept putting hot plates down in front of my 2 yr old grandchild. Not Necessary at all.
