I thought I was back in Texas for a moment. Friendly people, great atmosphere and some of the best BBQ I have ever had. The beef brisket was tender and had a great smokey flavor. The baked beans and cole slaw were equally as good. You wont be disappointed!

Service was very prompt/good. Online ordering was easy and order was accurate. Food was ok. If you’re looking for traditional bbq - this is it. Coleslaw was very good, but was underwhelmed with other parts of the order - that was the consensus from our party.

I had the brisket plate with their fries and slaw, and everything was just excellent. We were able to get extra sauce for our meat, and it was just a very good meal all around. The service was outstanding, and prompt. Overall, I have to give Charlotte's Rib 5 stars. We will be back, again.

My family has been enjoying Charlotte’s Rib for forty years and it consistently impresses me! The coleslaw is the best that I have ever placed in my mouth, hands down! The beef brisket as well as the pork steak, and baby back ribs are all family favorites! And by the way, try their French fried mushrooms and Jalapeño Poppers, both excellent. Charlotte’s Rib has catered numerous family gatherings for my family and out of town guests have consistently complemented us on the food. If I was on Death Row and was ordering my final meal on this earth, it would most probably be Charlotte’s Rib! Family owned and run, exceptionally sweet people to do business with. Happen to need a restaurant when we were not to far from Charlotte's. Very small, family run place, lots of awards for their fare on the walls and shelves. The half rack and a portion of other smoked meat/pork was more than enough for two. We initially thought it was way too much to eat in one sitting, but it was so good and tasty that we ploughed through it all. Of course, it was too much, but what the heck, it was goooood.

We had a long drive and decided to try some St Louis bbq and we were not disappointed. We tried the ribs, ham, brisket, chicken, bbq Sammy with fries, potato salad and finished with the blackberry cobbler. It was delicious. Lisa was great and helpful and a real pleasure to meet!!! When on a long journey it makes a big difference to be treated like you’re at home, and she did that for us. Thanks so much for a great experience!

I returned a take out order which had a bug in the coleslaw and the young lady at the counter was apologetic however the manager never said I am sorry. She asked if I wanted another coleslaw and was perturbed when I asked for my money back. Not great customer service

I believe the barbecue at Charlotte's Rib is among the best in the St. Louis area, certainly much better than some of the new local chain barbecue restaurants that have opened up in the St. Louis area during the past new years.

First time customer. Just left after eating my meal and had to write a review because of how great my food was. Opted for the smoked hot wings and baked beans. Beans were classic smoke flavor with bacon, not much heat at all (suited me just fine). The wings were phenomenal! The hot sauce is special. Can easily be identified as postmaster crafted sauce. Perfect use of lemons in the cooking process to tame the nostrils but still offer heat. Well done! I will definitely be back soon.
