I can't give any stars for any food. Placed an order online bc I needed some plain rice. Then saw my favorite and ordered it also. Paid, left a little tip. Pick up 9pm. Cool.
Get there and the lights are off and they're locking the door.
The guys closing, keep walking away, even after I park and say I ordered food. Granted, it could've seemed like I was placing an order.
Online hours state close@9. I thought it was 10, but I ordered @830. My card was charged, and at first they all were going to walk away and only say sorry.
Eventually, he offered to make it, but that's after a few minutes of me whining.
So, make sure they're open. I am also just returning from an out of town volleyball tournament, where 17 year old boys were fixing the score. Who encourages this kind of cheating? Sorry. TMI

The crab ragoo was way over cooked and no filling. I was so disapointed it has always been so good before.

This is the second time we have received a wrong dish in our order. The first time we couldn’t even figure out what the dish was and tonight it was some bland pork dish with no flavor( should have been a spicy chicken dish). So much for second chances. Will not order here again.

Used to be so much better. Feels like they don’t care anymore. Egg rolls taste old. A “medium spice level” is so spicy it hurts your stomach and doesn’t feel nice. Could barely eat it. Broken fortune cookies, looks like they were stepped on. I think after 15 years it’s time to find a new go-to since the last few times were extremely disappointing.

My husband and I live across the street from this location and we order from them 3-4 times a month for our family of 5, spending 50-60 dollars every visit. Tonight my husband forgot to get sweet n sour sauce so he went back and asked to get some for our order. Since they never put any in the bag. The man there said we didn’t need it because it’s sweet and it doesn’t go on fried rice….. um, what?! That’s not his place to tell us that. We patronize his business as loyal customers and it’s worth losing our business over some sauce?! We will go to 88 China which is a little further away but the food is much better and they are kind.

The hot and sour soup was barely warm. The hot and sour soup seemed like it was thickened with some type of gelatin. The chicken fried rice had little to no flavor and very minimal vegetables. It did not have any carrots or peas in it.
The service was terrible. The staff was very unfriendly and refused to even crack a smile.
I had to ask for napkins and then only received 1-2 extremely, thin and cheap napkins.

All the food kinda tastes the same. They mess up orders often. Used to be really good but not anymore.

If I was able to pick my last meal on earth, their orange chicken would be on that platter.

Don't waste your effort on this crappy food. And they try to steal your money...

I did a telephone order, since prices are less for phone orders than for on-line orders. I had to call twice before they took the phone order.
I paid with cash. The price with tax was $26.77. I handed the person two $20 bills, and she tried to give me back $2 as change. I told her she shorted me the change amount from the $40.00. She threw a $10 bill at me (which was in her hand the entire time...) across the table in the pick up area. She was still short $1.23.
I picked up the stapled bag, assuming everything would be in the bag. After getting home it was missing the egg foo young sauce... So, incomplete order.
We try this place every now and then, to see if it has improved. Its only gotten worse.

Unfortunately this will be my last time u support this business. Tried of no matter how nice I am. The lady at the blockade at the door. Is ALWAYS SO RUDE ! TODAY QAS THE WORSE.she had fit because I asked for a bag after placing a 47 dollar order.then got no napkins so I asked for she throws 2 on the blockade at the door .I can't support people or places like this. If she don't like Americans she can always leave .to top it off the food sucked

The food was fine/decent and plentiful so I figured they deserved a couple stars. My main complaint was that my online order was stolen and I ended up waiting about an hour before a new order was made. I went inside around the time my order was scheduled for pick up, told them my order info, and it seemed as if my order was being worked on. So I sat to wait. In the meantime, I watched at least 8 doordashers get their food. When I was finally the last person, they asked again for my order info and told me it had been taken by someone else. So I had to wait another 15 minutes for a new order to be made.

If you have never been in the restaurant before, you walk in the door and immediately there are two or three long tables where the bags of food get set. The cashier and kitchen are at least 15 feet behind the table. There is no checking on if someone got the right order or accountability. So I can totally understand how someone could easily take an order. But hey, they got $75 of free chinese food.
