Terrible customer service and zero willingness to fix a simple problem.

I placed an order and asked if I could eat inside. First I was told “no,” then “yes.” When the food came, it was served only in hot plastic takeout containers with a plastic spoon. I don’t eat from hot plastic and I was never warned in advance that dine-in would still be takeout packaging.

I politely asked for either regular dine-in dishware or at least a partial refund since I couldn’t use what they provided. They refused to refund anything and the staff started yelling instead of handling it professionally.

If you care about respectful service and basic communication, I’d avoid this place.

My husband and I have been coming here for years! We have tried many items and everything is fantastic. They have the best hot and sour soup in west county. The owner is always so nice when we come in and the place is very clean. We can’t say enough good things about this gem!

Used to like them and I still might, I dont know anymore, but since they force a tip at checkout on their site I refuse. Im coming to pick it up myself, there is no server waiting on me or delivery driver bringing it to me

After app didn't update in time they went to my neighbor's house banged on the door they said no we didn't order anything and then he just went to drop off the food on their porch until I said hey over here so whoever your driver was was about to just leave it on the ground for nobody

idk how this place has less than 4 stars. my old 5 star review is gone, so maybe others are too, so I'm making a fresh one.
this is the best Chinese food in the universe. every chicken dish they make is so crispy but somehow also dripping with flavor. fried rice is perfect. crab Rangoon are perfect. whenever I visit STL I come here.

Coming from Florida, I do not think Missouri has great Chinese food, but this place does—it is always fresh, has excellent service, has large quantities, and has phenomenal prices.

I tried to like this place because it’s really close to my house, but the fried cashew chicken is made with tempura and it’s disgusting. They have the strangest fried rice I’ve ever seen without any visible fried egg, peas or carrots just red colored like Spanish rice. The last entrée we got from there was gross and threw it away after a couple of bites. The only thing that is consistently is the crab Rangoon thus the 2 star rating.

The restaurant does not look that clean, and sometimes the chicken is a little chewy so I’m finding a new place.

60 dollars worth of food and you can't even send eating utensils? Worst Chinese food ever...fried rice tasted burnt, crab Rangoons cold, and chicken with cashew nuts over cooked and was the consistency of rubber. Never again!

The cup of water I had with it was the best part. Store brand white bread had more flavor than the beef and broccoli and the egg roll was meh at best.

Came here a while back and was recommended this restaurant. I did an online order and got a bunch of food to celebrate my partners birthday. I started off ordering appetizers like Crab Rangoons and Fried Pot Stickers. Then got a quart of Egg Drop Soup, Fried Rice, Pork Fried Rice, Vegetable Fried Rice and White Rice. An order of Lo Mein, Beef Lo Mein, Chicken Lo Mein, and 2 Vegetable Lo Mein. For the main dishes I ordered Beef with Broccoli, Orange Chicken, 2 General Tso's Chicken, Shrimp with Cashew. The employees were very nice and even help me carry the food out. I really liked the Crab Rangoons and Egg Drop Soup. But everything else was really tasty as well. Cannot go wrong here and I really recommend this restaurant.
