My wife had our order stolen from her during pick up. The staff generously remade our order (it seemed like there were extra veggies) and one worker gave her a very kind compliment which meant a lot to her. That made a crummy situation better. Thank you!

While watching calories and protein, CBW Manchester is my go to a few times a week. My favorites are fajita bowl with chicken or steak and Caesar wrap with the same two proteins. Consistent quality and build each time.
Owners: Double Ken’s salary at the carryout window in order to keep him! Always accurate and always welcoming, even remembering my name!

The service was ver slow. It took more than 20 minutes for my food while waiting in the drive thru lane. I also was only provided three very small pieces with my entree.

Terrible. Our drive thru order was wrong, so called and were told by manager to return for replacement of original item. When we did, the remake was worse, they did not add the extra chicken we paid for originally, and the manager was rude & dismissive when we asked for what we paid for. Not worth the time or money. We won’t be back.

Just visited tonight (6/17/2025) for the upteenth time in my life, and I love this place! The food was delicious, as always. I love that they have a kids' menu with reasonably priced items. My child loves the chicken bites and crispy rice treat! The restaurant is always tidy and clean when I go in, unlike a few other nearby fast casual spots we considered tonight. I also like that they're locally owned! I eat meat, but I also like the assortment of vegetarian (vegan too?) items on offer!

I ordered a BBQ wrap and immediately after eating I felt sick, the chicken was pink and there was way to much rice
