Came to Dirty 20 to play in a one shot DnD game tonight and we had the best time ever! Everyone was so nice and made us feel like part of the team instantly :)
Don't worry about having to be a seasoned DnD player as they have people ready and excited to teach you how to play if you need help!
Food wise: Dirty 20 has the best mac and cheese ever as well as delicious cocktails and cocktails!
I can't wait to come back! You should def check this place out if you're looking for fun table games to play with friends and family. Support local!

It’s a nice place and the food is pretty good. They have a large selection of board games. Was a little bummed on our last outing because they were out of a bunch of beers and nobody came by to see if we needed refills or another drink or anything while we were there. I had to go up to the bar to order, which is fine, but I didn’t know I needed to do that because our waitress was attentive at first. Not sure if attention to our table waned when there was a group of regulars nearby who were friends with the staff. We had a nice time playing the games, but I felt a little bit like I was bothering the staff by being there. We will check it out again though, it sounds like it was just the end of a busy day

This is a very novel and inclusive space, and the food and drinks were excellent. Service and wait staff were friendly and helpful too. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 solely due to the bathrooms. The toilet seats and bowls appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time, which was surprising and honestly off-putting, especially for a West County establishment.
Bathroom cleanliness is a big part of the overall dining experience, and this area could use immediate attention. If regular staff coverage is an issue, I'd strongly suggest using a contracted custodial service for routine deep cleaning, as many offer affordable options and it would make a noticeable difference.
With this addressed, this place would easily be a 5-star experience.

This place is a great laid back place to play games with friends. I had the brownie sundae and it was amazing, the brownie was HUGE! The staff were friendly. Don't sleep on this place.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They made some great recommendations for the food. We started off with the fried groot sticks (fried green beans) and spinach artichoke dip. Everyone enjoyed the appetizers. I tried the Blamco Bacon Burger mac and cheese. I loved it. I would definitely get it again. My wife had the Animal Farm, which is chicken bacon ranch mac and cheese. She really liked it. I don't recall what the rest of the table had, but no one had any complaints.
Be forewarned that the food took a long time to come out. Maybe 45 minutes. Which for a place like this isn't really a big deal since the point is to play board games. So if you're in a hurry and don't plan on playing games, then maybe pass. Having said that, it's possible it took that long because we had six people.
The only real negative (which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that the lighting is terrible. We sat at a large table in the middle of the room. We all had trouble reading cards and had to pull out the cell phone flash lights (even my teenage nephew). At any other type of restaurant this might not be a problem, but here it's an issue.

Chicken slides are okay. Atmosphere could have been a little more cozy. Not. Too busy, I recommend coming into this place.Plenty of space for activities and friendly to all walks of life.

No other bar or place in St Louis has the atmosphere, food, nor charm this place has. The owner, Jason, works harder than any business owner I’ve ever met and you can tell from every little detail that he loves this place, and in turn has made myself and many others love it as well. The staff is friendly and efficient (namely my last server Q, he’s a genuine pleasure to talk to), the events are always a blast (I’d recommend their karaoke nights!), and I simply can’t get enough of it. Do yourself a favor and stop by with your friends, or make some friends during a game night!

Our group enjoyed this gaming bar. The drink variety was excellent. The food was good quality and they had variety. There were plenty of games to choose from, we played a couple group games. Everything is classified by type so they are easy to find. Service was great, our server had a great sense of humor.

Fun atmosphere, but if you want food - beware. It took just over 1 hour and 30 minutes to get our flatbread pizza, sweet potato fries and a sandwich. They were busy and there seemed to he only two waiters, but still. Maybe warn folks that everything is going to be super slow due to staffing or something. Waiting and not knowing was extremely frustrating.

After being here at least 5 times with a couple friends for board games or just lunch and then over 5 times with group events I can safely say I do not recommend or plan on coming back.
The food is mediocre and expensive. I understand the pricing being so high though - your table turnover rate is going to be low when people are there for hours to play games. You have to make money somehow. But the food isn't enticing enough to bring my game group in.
The venue itself has plenty of tables and some very cool decorations. The bathrooms have been hit and miss with being kinda dirty.
The most important part of my experience, and why I won't be back, is the service. I have had a total of 3 different servers that I can remember over my visits since they have been open and all of them were inattentive and not friendly. The wait for someone to check on you is so long that we have resorted to going to the bar to try to get someone's attention to order, get refills, and even the check so we can leave. If they aren't socializing with each other or maybe a table of people that they must know personally, they are standing around watching whatever show they have running on a TV.
Overall just not worth the money. We will keep game nights at home.
