I have been to many places and have ordered Domino's Pizza.Undoubtedly, this one at 667 Big Bend Rd., Ballwin is BEST PIZZA makers in this franchise.Great Taste, Great & Friendly Staff & Service.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Pizza and Mediterranean Sandwiches, Top Class.Parking: Large parking lot, never had issues finding one right next to the shop.

Yo I went here with the correct amount of money to pay for my order and had a pleasant experience. I didn’t ask to use the phone then call the minimum wage employees racist for not wanting to get in trouble with their manager (which they might have) all because I’m broke and can’t pay for my Dominos.

My husband and I ordered dinner tonight and I am very upset at the service he experienced. We ordered carry out and he was trying to swipe my card and it was a dollar short and using my card so as I was moving money around so he had enough and his phone was here at the house with our 3 year old. He asked the man behind the counter if he could use the phone to call me the man said “ehhhhh i don’t know if I can” it’s just a quick phone call and told my husband to drive back home and see what’s going on. I should mention that my husband is a black man. To know that husband experienced such racism infuriates me to know. We will never order from you all ever again.

Please sharpen pizza cutters. I always have to cut them at home. I often forget to rinse off the pizza cutter and then my girlfriend gets mad at me after the sauce and cheese dries on it. Your food is tearing my relationship apart.

Majority of the time the pizza here is very good! I usually have to order my pizza with extra pizza sauce and that usually helps. They're usually very quick with making the food which is great. And the staff are always very friendly!

Delivery always late, pizza is always undercooked, and delivery drivers ignore contactless delivery to stand in front of my door to beg for an extra tip. Never had a good experience at this location. Trash.

N1 bull sh¥t ... they gave me an online discount, and I placed the order for $22. Then, I checked my bank account , pending $35.... any time when i order chicken wings is missing 1....any time they lie for something....this is my last time order here!!! I'm done with Domino's .... prefer Jet's pizza!

So. Bad. Never. Again.I was not going to drive back to the store, as that is not convenient and I did not have the time to do so in order to meet their "return policy" lol. I simply addressed the disgusting excuse of a pizza to bring it to their attention, because the pizza I received was unacceptable.I also suggest that they consider providing customers with a voucher, or something to RIGHTFULLY compensate for the poor experience and product. Having a "return" policy such as the 2 hour return is ridiculous, and does not rectify the situation at all.Lastly, I did not ask for a refund, so to respond by telling me I can't receive a refund is pretty unsatisfactory and tactless. A better response would have been an apology, along with ensuring the customer that this will be brought to the attention of staff, so as to avoid future occurrences.To be expected these days I suppose......

Terrible customer service and rude as can be ,didn’t know to read the notes to know where to deliver it for god sakes and even gave it to the wrong people and by time I found out where it was It was cold to the touch ??♂️
