Stopped in here for an emergency bathroom break and decided not to be rude and not at least look at the menu and possibly order breakfast/lunch because I was hungry and it is lunchtime.
I have never been to a Dunkin Donuts but have always heard good things about them. So, I decided to go ahead and give their food a try.
I ordered the Hashbrown Brisket Scrambler. It looked very enticing on the menu. A cup/bowl filled with scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and brisket... what Heavenly concoction has the Dunk created???
I walked to my car so I could eat and then get back on the road. Looked in the bag and there it was, my angelic breakfast mixture, just waiting to tantalize my taste buds.
I opened the lid to complete and utter disappointment. đ
Inside my cup were literally 6 hashbrowns that looked overcooked, a very small portion of scrambled eggs (maybe a tablespoon?), some cheese sauce (more than the eggs smh), and literally a few FLAKES of what looked to be shredded beef. This cup was barely HALF filled with food and isn't a big cup to start.
When I brought this to their attention, they laughed as if I was trying to be funny. I just asked for a full refund. I'll never return to this location and possibly any other Dunkin location as well, if this is how they treat all their customers.

Service was horrible. I put in an order 30 minutes prior and they still had not started on the order when I arrived. Workers seem not to care and donât have any managers looking over them keeping them in check. Overall horrible experience but could have been significant better if there was a change of staffing

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts. I always get food from here because it's on the way from my work. I love Dunkin' Donuts but this place has terrible service, people always get my order wrong, they are mean and the food tastes really bad. This morning I ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese wraps, they only gave me an egg and cheese wrap and they charged me for the bacon and there was none and by the way that wrap It was like a super hard stone. I had to throw it away two weeks ago. I bought some iced coffee and I swear it was all ice. I made two sips and the coffee was already gone. I know service jobs are hard, but these service people barely understand anything From what you said I have to explain my order like 5 times and they still give me the wrong food

It has been decades since I have experienced 100% Customer Service! It just does not exist in 99.9% of businesses in these days. There is a young girl there now who is exceptionally so Kind Hearted and possibly the owner also being the same. What I order is never anything less than exceptional in how it is made! The Avacado Toast with everything seasoning is absolutely AMAZING! And what I order to drink is made just to my liking. THANK YOU TO THOSE TWO PEOPLE WHO ARE SPREADING KINDNESS AND GOODWILL TO ALL. Something our World is lacking. I think the kindness they show can only be something you would never forget if you experience it. And hopefully when you leave it has inspired you enough to share that respect with others??â¤ď¸?âď¸
Horrible service. Ordered my food this morning, didnât get what I ordered and the employee had to argue with me that I specifically asked for a turkey sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap when what I asked for was a wake up wrap with just egg and cheese.
everyone makes mistakes - but the fact that the employee did not even think maybe he could have heard me wrong and flat out told me thatâs what I ordered was plain rude. The place was also way too warm inside. We will not be coming back.

Service was okay, donuts were stale and hard. The cashier gave me the donuts without any sealed tape on the box, donuts almost fell out the box because the box wasnât sealed, I had to ask for tape, and the cashier had the nerve to have an attitude because I asked for tape which shouldâve came on the box alreadyâŚand did I mention the donuts were stale and hard. Never again!

My first time ever going to Dunkin, I placed a 20.00 mobile order today at 6pm. The store doesnât close until 8pm. My husband went to pick up our order in the freezing cold to be told that despite the fact that they took our money, they were out of donutsâŚ.. !? And- could not refund our money! They said I would need to call 800 number Monday to request a refund. What?! Do better! Or close.
