I had my tires blow up on the highway and gave Bob Adams a call. The woman on the phone was very kind and helpful and sent out a truck to my location. There was also another large accident that caused a large backup on the hwy and she followed up to ensure I was in the loop on the operation.
Kyle, the tow truck driver was very kind and professional, also answered any question I had. He came and helped get my car to the nearby auto shop very quickly. It was a pleasure, hero.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I’ve had to deal with another tow service in the past in the same area and it was so horrible. A wreck is never a great experience, but the tow driver was absolutely great. So kind and respectful to us and our car. In the office I spoke with Jennifer, she and her husband Joe are the owners. Jennifer was so kind and caring helping me get the plate and remainder of stuff from the vehicle. Everyone was really great! I highly recommend using them!

I don't know, maybe this company is usually a good service, heres what I know... They quoted me $95 however got there and tried to upcharge me an additional $30. Even tho we could get my car in neutral.
Make a long story short, I ended up calling General Towing and they came out within 15 mins and towed my vehicle for $85 and thankfully I really appreciated that, helped us out a great deal.
The kind of work this particular company does, makes it though to believe they have a genuine 4.3 stars. But hey maybe they're normally cooler than what was displayed. I mean even Steph Curry miss free throws sometimes.

We had been stranded for hours on the highway in 11 degree weather with a crying baby and a blowout, the sun had set, and the insurance company roadside assistance closed our ticket for no apparent reason after hours of failed attempts to get help to us. We called everyone within 10 miles and finally, Bob Adams towing came to the rescue in 15 minutes. Thank God. I think the gentleman that changed the tour for us was named Jake.
