Placed a to go order on October 7th. Got home and realized they entirely forgot the kids meal. Called the store and said they couldn't issue a refund over the phone and I would need to come back in-person to get the sandwich or a refund which wasn't acceptable. They then offered to mail us something. We gave them our address however we never received anything in the mail. Horrible experience; haven't been back since. Child was very upset.

Ordered a sandwich with no mayo and not heated. Got home and it was covered in mayo and was hot. Called them immediately and they said I would have to come back to get a refund. No thanks. I live 7 miles away and it was rush hour. Very disappointed. Will never go back.
