It has always been amazing I will miss this location :( the staff was the best and I hope they thrive after it closes for good today.

We eat at this Hot Shots when we are in town as we have family that lives down Manchester in Ballwin. The bartender at this location is Terrible!!! Rude. Hateful. Mean. And sometimes just decides she isn't going to wait on you. We have seen her yell at waitresses and harass the kitchen staff. That being said - the food is always good. The kitchen is great and typically the waitresses are attentive and good as well. I will not go back to Hot Shots if that bartender is still there.

Great food! Service sucked. Amberbock was old stale. Asked for traditional wings and got trashed which we were charged extra for even the we made it clear we that we asked for traditional. We were even charged for the traditional wings sauce we asked for to make it right. whatever, won't be back to this Hotshots.

I go here a few times a month. Always a good atmosphere and friendly staff. Pizza and wings are pretty good as well

Game 3 of the Blues in the Stanley Cup Finals and the place was packed! The entire staff was amazing! With chaos all around them they didn't miss a beat. A bunch of hard workers from behind the bar, on the floor, and in the kitchen. The place is very well run and everyone was friendly!

The food was good but the server was not. We saw her to order food, get our food, and pay the bill. She never offered to get us drink refills or ask how the food was. She also didn't know the items on the menu because it "she just came back and the menu changed" She shouldn't be serving tables if she doesn't know the menu.

Love the bartender and the food! The Happy Hour deals are awesome! The bartenders make you feel important and are attentive to your drink and food needs. I love all the games they have.... Pool, darts, electronic games.

We come here quite a bit when I'm in town for Thursday pool leagues and it's always such a great time. The atmosphere is always lively and fun and the drinks are consistently made well. This place is huge! Definitely lots to do including; lifesize jenga, pool, darts, watching sports games, etc.

Since moving to Manchester, this place is our go to! We love coming in on Wednesday night just because our favorite waitress Kristen is working! Even though we love the food, Kristen is the main reason we made this our Wednesday night spot. Always friendly service, pool, and great food!

Love coming here, always fantastic and friendly service. Olivia was on point with the drinks! If you are looking for a great place to go watch ANY game Hotshots needs to be your first option.

I love this place! A great night with the family and watching any sports game or a even a night with friends with plenty of food tables and dart boards! Food is always top notch and the waitresses and bar staff are amazing. I highly recommend Hotshots!
