I met a friend here during Happy Hour (4-4:30) before going to a meeting one night. She chose it because she wanted wings. Service was quick and friendly, the wings were delicious and this visit set us up for a return visit.
I went back for a late dinner (7:30) with my husband and 2 other friends. Three of us had fish; walleye and tilapia and 1 person had an amazing burger. Cooked to perfection.
The restaurant wasn’t busy during the early or late times of our visits so we didn’t encounter a wait.

The fried clams were the best we've had since moving to St. Louis from Connecticut. Chicken gumbo was also excellent.

My wife and I found this to be a great place to grab a bite to eat, that has great flavor and good size portions.
We love the fact that there is not loud music, allowing the conversation volume to be enjoyable.
We have already been back multiple times.

One of my favorite restaurants. I love eating here, the food is always delicious, the chicken florentine is……chefs kiss. Hands down my favorite dish and the homemade cobbler, ugh so good. The service is always great. It’s definitely a place worth trying.

My recent visit to Lazy River Grill was surprisingly disappointing. My friend and I ordered your tendersweet fried clam plate, and all it took was seeing the heavy batter used on the very small clams. There was no taste of clams. The batter was so overly and heavily fried that all we could taste was deep fried oil and batter. We felt sick to our stomachs all night.

I really wish Mark wasn't our waiter. We showed up later in the day so, I think he was already toasted. Got my wife's order wrong. She just wanted the appetizer of chicken tenders but he charged us for the ones that were $18.99. For chicken tenders thats an outrageous price.. He also asked her what her order was more than once, got my beer wrong and even asked if I payed with my card? Even though, I already paid him with cash. We would of had a better experience if we had a waitress instead.
For one order of crab cakes, one order of chicken tenders, a burger, a kids burger and one beer, we had to pay $80. Food wasn't worth $80 and the decor is dusty. But hey, the burger was good and priced decent
