This use to be one of my favorite places to eat but they must have gotten a new chef in the last year because the last two times I was there the sauce on the Beef Medalins was not the same..too tomato-based and the risotto was way too salty tasting! Very disappointed! Use to be socdelicious!

This restaurant has outstanding Italian cuisine. The food is delicious and its presentation is pretty as well. We went there on a Saturday evening with friends and had to wait around 45 minutes. I don't know if they take reservations in advance. It is well worth the wait though.

We had the seafood pasta, lasagna and salad. Amazing food! So delicious and made to order. You can separate the fakes from True authentic Italian food. We will be back!

My family is crazy about Mia's. We go there all the time for any occasion. It is by far the best Italian food in St Louis.

At first taste, I thought the food was good; however the hostess and manager were offensive. I brought a significant concern to their attention, they were rude and dismissive and made a bad situation horrible. I was shocked and may now never be back.
