I’ve never had a bad experience or service. Mgmt and employees are always polite and helpful. Can NEVER navigate your website. I hope they get the job help and recognition deserved.

It is amazing how fast this Marcos went downhill. Used to love Marcos but this one ruins it! Salads look tired and when I order salads with no olives, I get a ton of olives, every time! We stopped calling to complain and eventually stopped buying anything from them. They didn't or dont have their own drivers anymore and use DoorDash. Pizza tastes nothing like Marcos should. Basically, everything that could go wrong does.

My order was prepared in a timely manner. Staff was nice. I ordered the cheesy bread and it was prepared just right. The crust was crisp on the outside and soft/chewy on inside with just enough cheese. The pizza sauce goes well with it.

Every time we’ve had Marco’s, the pizzas have been good and meet expectations. However, just about every time, the pizzas are cut horribly. It’s bad enough that you need to forcefully tear the pieces apart sometimes, getting your hands all greasy.

Don't really understand the bad reviews. We've had good experiences each of the half dozen times or so we've had Marcos. I always find the staff friendly and our orders have always been correct. Really appreciate the later hours too!

Went to Marco’s on 4/11 for two pizzas for my grandchildren when I got there they were not ready even though it had been 40 minutes When it was finally ready they were the wrong pizzas, wrong toppings and crust. There were also several people coming in complaining about the same thing and they would just put the pizza back on the shelf after somebody brought it back which I believe is illegal via the health department.
My pizzas were incorrect they tried to give me a different type and I would not accept it. I finally said I just wanted my money back. They said their system does not allow a refund to a credit card only merchant credit. I do not want merchant credit since they are putting old pizzas back on the shelf.

I was there as a door dasher. The customers order wasn’t ready. While I appreciated one of the employees coming off of his break to help make the order… I didn’t appreciate his lack of cleanliness. He didn’t wash his hand or use gloves while preparing the pizza. Touched EVERYTHING barehanded. This didn’t effect me personally but after sitting on this for a day I felt the need to speak up with hopes this doesn’t happen again.

I had just had knee surgery, so I got the night off from cooking and decided to order from Marco's. I guess it had been a while since our last order, because they mailed us a coupon for a free large, two-topping pizza to win our business back. After applying the coupon, my order was too cheap to qualify for delivery, so I had to order additional food.

I placed the order online, and noticed a disclaimer that some orders are outsourced to Door Dash for delivery. About 20 minutes after ordering, I checked the tracker, and saw that the pizza was out of the oven and awaiting pickup. 45 minutes after that, I got a notification from Door Dash that they had picked up my order. It took the Door Dash driver a full hour to get to our house, even though we only live about 10 minutes away from the store.

The driver explained that she had 2 deliveries to make -- ours, and one in O'Fallon! Needless to say, our order was stone cold (I had already preheated the oven so I could warm it up.) At first, the manager I spoke to at Marco's told me to take my complaint up with Door Dash, but after some persuasion, he agreed to refund the order. On her way out of my driveway, the Door Dash driver back into my neighbor's car.

To top it all off, the food wasn't great, and the salad (that I had to add to make my order delivery-eligible) was awful - the salami looked like someone had taken a bite out of it.

Sorry, Marco's, but if this is how you win business back, you won't be around much longer.
