McAlister's is always good. They make nice sandwiches and my husband loves the tea. The service is almost always good and their restaurant is clean.
However, I hadn't been to a McAlister's in a while so I was a little surprised that their sandwich was pretty dry and didn't have its usual flavor. Maybe it was just an off day.
Overall my experience was good and the sandwich was still delicious, but I did need some extra water to wash it down.

Had a delicious dinner out today! The manager checked on my husband and I outside. It was so sweet and thoughtful! She took our plates and also asked if we needed a refill! She really went above and beyond. Thank you!

This is the first time that I've ever left a review on something. I've been out of country for a few weeks for work and the first thing I did was get McAlister's and it did not disappoint. You people are amazing, the food was excellent. Please keep up the good work

Hands down one of the best broccoli cheese soup and ruben I've ever had. A great selection and decent prices. If you're a fan of baked potatoes you'll love eating here.

Let me start by saying that I used to love the nachos from here .... Until now. What I received was the most trash nachos I've ever had. The avocado was 5 minutes away from being thrown in the garbage, most of the nacho chips were stale, chili was super thick and tasted slightly burnt. The only reason for not returning the order was that it was a delivery. But from now on, I won't get food from this location .
I went in 10 minutes before closing and did not get acknowledged by anyone. Yet the manager told a young lady to help take my order. I asked if they still had bake potatoes because I understood they were closing, so my expectation wasn't to be mistreated at a place where I am spending my money. I would have preferred her to say no. The young lady in the back rolled her eyes at me as if I were bothering them. I do understand where they get their trying from because both their managers had poor customer service and the face that I paid for avocado and requested the cheese sauce to be on the side only to get what is pictured below. I did notice before I left that I didn't have avocado. I did receive that before I left. After the manager rule cut the avocado with a plastic knife, put it in a container, they threw it across the window and said, "Now we are closed." I know what it's like to want to go home, and I've been there. I've stayed after an hour to help someone, although I had other things to do, and I would never mistreat or be unkind to them because it's time to go.
