It’s like a treat every time I come here! Their food is very good. I tried the caramel cookie and let me tell you, it is to die for! I also come in a lot for their sweet tea. It’s sooooo good and I’ve even gotten a tea pass so it’s a little around $9 with tax to get a cup of tea for a month. The staff goes above and beyond with their service. McAlister's is always good. They make nice sandwiches and my husband loves the tea. The service is almost always good and their restaurant is clean.
However, I hadn't been to a McAlister's in a while so I was a little surprised that their sandwich was pretty dry and didn't have its usual flavor. Maybe it was just an off day.
Overall my experience was good and the sandwich was still delicious, but I did need some extra water...
