The manager on duty at 3:30 on 8/27 says she is unable to cancel a mobile order I placed at her location on accident. She says I haven’t been charged (I can see my credit card statements, I have, it’s not pending) that she can’t cancel the order or refund me and that the order will automatically cancel if I don’t pick up today. I drove out of my way just so my toddler could play in the play area. I also had my baby with me. I ordered table service in the play area so I wouldn’t have to take my kids up to the counter and wait. After nearly 20 minutes of waiting at the table, thinking they were just busy since it was lunch time, I went up to the counter and saw my food had been bagged as a pick up order. The chance of getting your order there correctly is close to zero. When I called them to give me the money back for the items that they did not give me I received an answer “you have to come to the store, we can’t do refunds over the phone”. Useless manager
PS: the fries could have been used as a weapon. Harder than my shoes.
