You should just close down! The last 3 times I’ve been there the food was terrible, service was horrible and they upcharged for kids meal soft drinks. I can promise you that there won’t be a 4 visit

One of the better McDonald's around, quick service. My order was correct, and the food was fresh. Enjoyed this location and will keep it in mind when out in the Ballwin area.

Every time I order from this store it is ALWAYS wrong. The fries are also either super old or not done all the way. Don’t bother trying to call about anything because the general manager will say she doesn’t speak English and then put a worker on the phone who doesn’t want to help correct anything.

Fry’s were under done, they were white not golden brown. I have attached pictures to support my claim.

The biggest issue I had was the service I received when I came to pick up my order. Carlos was working the front counter when I came to pick up my order. Among other items, my order included a large drink. Historically, every time Ive order a drink, they present me with an empty drink cup next to my bag for me to fill up. Keep in mind, I order from this locations 2-3 times a week so i’m familiar with how the pick up process works when I place a mobile order. But this time they decided to put my drink in my bag and then sealed the bag like it’s a DoorDash order or something. I was unaware my drink was in my bag so I asked the front counter employee “Carlos” if I could have a drink cup, he said no everything is in the bag. I said okay, Is it just an empty cup or is there sweet tea in there? Carlos replied with everything is in the bag. I said, okay I understand that, but the bag is sealed I’m trying to find out if the cup is filled or not. Carlos replies again with everything is in the bag. I respond with I understand that, but you’re not answering my question. Carlos got frustrated with me because there were people waiting in line behind me and decided to belittle me in a rude tone by asking if I speak English? Then continue to say we speak the same language right, what don’t you understand. Completely humiliated and frustrated by the situation, I walked away and decided to open my bag to see if my drink was in there. I did have my drink in my bag, but when I got back to work I realize I was never given a straw so I guess everything wasn’t in my bag… I work across the street, and have never had an experience like this. Traditionally, every experience I’ve had at this locations has been very friendly and positive but after today I will never step foot in that location again. Carlos shouldn’t be allowed to work any customer facing position when clearly he’s not trying to help any customers instead he is trying to start conflict with them. Any other customer service representative in his position would’ve just told me I had a filled drink in my bag and that would be the end of it. I would have left a happy customer.

They ALWAYS forget my kids drink in the kids meal! It's happened multiple times. It doesn't matter if I order delivery, if I go in and place a to go order, I go in and have a dine in meal, or if I go through the drive thru. Always forgetting my kids meal drink! Very frustrating!

Very poor customer service in my experience. Most people who work at this McDonald's, speak very poor English. By no fault of their own. You'll find yourself asking the worker to repeat several times because, you simply just don't understand them. On top of that, when this McDonald's doesn't want to make something. They'll just give you the simple excuse that what you're asking for has been discontinued. But in reality when you go down the same street to another McDonald's order the exact same thing. They'll give it to you with a smile. When you ask them. Hey, I thought it was discontinued. They'll simply give you a statement. We don't know where you heard that from but it's not. Just save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. This location people act as though you're bothering them and everybody has an attitude.

If I could give this McDonald’s zero stars today I would. Do NOT eat here. My minor son went in today on his work break and was personally handed his meal he ordered from an employee from his app (it was not sitting for awhile) and when he got back to work he discovered his 10 piece chicken nuggets had been half eaten, not just half gone but actually bitten into. He had no time to go back once getting back to work, so then ended up going without eating afterwards. Absolutely disgusted.

Went to the second drive thru sat for 20mins waiting for someone to take my order while the person kept taking orders from the first drive thru then I had to pull back around the store to the first drive thru just to get my order in then I pulled up to the window just to have my order wrong and be charged extra for sauce I didn't even ask for this is unacceptable I was not pleased at all

Everytime I go here for 4 things 1 of them is ALWAYS missing. The girl even confirmed the correct order and it was STILL WRONG. Usually I never leave a review but this place is rage inducing. They can’t get a 4 order item right. And it’s not even hard. 2 breakfast burritos. 2 coffees. No one is ever in a pleasant mood when I go. I know it’s just fast food but even then that place is bottom of the barrel for choices you can go.
