Love that there's a play place and they're hard to find. They only did table service for 1 out of the 3 orders. Just a note that if you order and it's been awhile, check the front counter. They aren't bringing it to you.

I got myself a sausage, egg, biscuit WITH CHEESE. The biscuit was bland and they left off the cheese! On top of that, I never got a receipt. Let's just say that I probably won't be getting breakfast there anytime soon as I can get a much better breakfast sandwich practically anywhere else.
I'm not even counting the fact that I went to McDonald's was to indulge myself with getting a peppermint mocha and the machine was down. I'm not faulting them for that. It definitely adds to the now severe disappointment and buyer's regret.

Improper order completion! (Missed sandwich in a meal- main item) No courtesy or being apologetic when enquired about mistake(made me go back)! Poor management and customer service. Poor quality of food! Never going back this location anymore!

This McDonald's on Hanley used to be the worst! Rude, impatient, and generally mean in the Drive-Thru. But in the last year or two that I've come back to trying it, I have not had a bad experience at all. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They did remodel the store and it looks nice. I guess there's enough seating for a lunchtime rush, but I usually get it to go. But it's McDonald's so atmosphere isn't really something you're there for.

Accidentally did a mobile app order to a different McDonald's but this location took care of it for me and kept it at the same price, and the fries were better than ever .thanks 👍

The short Hispanic girl that acts like a boy and is usually at the back booth pay window in the drive thru is insanely rude every time and slams the window in your face once she hands back your card. I’ve complained to the number on the receipt before and nobody even has the decency to respond so instead take your business elsewhere. Many better places very close to here.
The rudest group of employees. Was talked down to because my app crashed and couldn’t get the mobile code pulled up fast enough I called back to obtain information for the store manager and was met with another ungodly terrible little girl that said she was the manager save yourself the trouble and go to Wendy’s up the street.

This review is going to come out a little weird. I only go to this location for the play place. On extremely hot days it is nice to be able to take my son there. I'm aware that play places are disgusting bacteria heaps, I survived them and so will he. That being said, every time I go there, the place is a mess. There is always food on every table. Trash left on the ground and on the tables and workers standing around or rushing around for what appears to be due to lack of staffing.
