Great authentic Mexican food, with nice service. Been going there for a long time. One of the better Mexican restaurant. Parking can be a little tough.

The food and margaritas were great! The carne asada was cooked perfectly and the pork pineapple tacos were flavorful. Margarita was on point. Minus one star because it was SO loud inside during busy Friday night rush. Could hardly hear the people sitting at the table with me. Headphones would be needed for sensory sensitivity folks.

Nice that the new location is bigger but it is VERY loud, they need to put some sound barrier on the ceiling. The walkways for the servers are not big enough, my friend moved for her purse (hanging on her chair) a server came by with hot dishes she was taking to a table. They almost bumped each other and the server gave HER a dirty look!
Might be ok during a slow time, but not when busy.
The frozen Mango Margarita was good. I ordered the Fiesta Salad w/chicken. It had alot of chicken which looked impressive but actually there was no real flavor.
There are so many Mexican restaurants in the area, we will try a different one next time.

First time trying it out, and my partner and I definitely approve. We are Mexican food connoisseurs and love to indulge in good seasoned and sultry Mexican. I ordered the ground beef tacos and was satisfied with my choice. Appreciated the variety in beans too, where we both chose black beans. Want to continue To go back! Oh, and the drinks were on point too!

The menu has a lot to offer. The food is delicious. The service is Great! I like the new location, plenty of room. There's one major drawback... It's very Loud. The accustics are awful. I couldn't hear the servers or hold a decent conversation. If they remedy that this place is golden. It's my new favorite for good Mexican food.

Honestly, the new location is not a good thing. I have been going since 1994 when it opened. For YEARS I enjoyed taking our kids to the old location. I felt like they had great lunch specials, and fast service. But this was the absolute worst dining experience I have ever had there in 30 years!

The ambiance is horrible. So loud and people kept walking past Our table all night. It's like a cattle call of people milling about at the front with tables all around, and moving to other parts of the restaurant. The service was horrible. Had to ask multiple times for more water for Our kids. The people bringing food out had no idea what they were doing. And the hostesses were just standing there doing nothing while the rest of the staff actually worked.

We will not be back. RIP Mi Lupita. We will keep the memories in Our heart while we enjoy Charro's down the street.

The move to the new building has been disappointing. The food doesn't seem as good and the decision to not allow online ordering is crazy. I will not be eating at Mi Lupita anymore.

New to the area, we selected this restaurant based on the reviews. It was highly disappointing. I will say that the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the food is bland. We had the 3 enchilada dinner and the steak fajitas. There were lots of peppers and onions in the fajitas and not much steak. The meat in the enchiladas was not seasoned. Beans were runny. Rice was bland. I don’t understand how this establishment has so many good reviews unless Mexican food in the area is not good.

Best Mexican food in West county! You can get pozole every day. They have great margs, great tacos, great Mexican stewed dishes and great fajitas. They are often busy so plan on 15-20 minute wait times during peak meal times.
