I was visiting St. Luis for day from Texas. We are spoiled when it comes to Indian food. We wanted to eat at Indian restaurant preferably with lunch buffet. This place may look like an inside restaurant but once enter it has decent space. Most importantly their food was excellent and very tasty. Loved their baby corn Manchurian and pepper chicken. A very tasteful yellow daal(lentils) and samber. Both chicken and vegetable biryani reminded me of India. In the end the masala chai make your lunch complete. Thanks for Greta food and service.

Minerva restaurant caters for our American Natya Dance Festival for past 3 years. Their flavors satisfy both Indians and Westners pallet. They are very flexible with the change of menu and number of people attending the festival. They were prompt on time and very friendly with us. As it was 3 day long festival food becomes one of the major factors and with Minerva, I can blindly feel Jitender will take care of food and flavors.
Not only to cater but even to Dine in or take out, they had many varieties each day with special items. I recommend Minerva for most comforting and homely food. Thanks Minerva! Thanks Jitender and Sahiti.

Good staff, spicey food. Feels like indian restaurants has forgotten basic dishes, garnishing principles or anything for that sake. Paneer biryani looked like paneer curry over biryani rice. Biryani rice has some black clusters which I could not make up for sure whether they were rice from the bottom of the pan or pieces of meat.

A Perfect Place for Our Child’s Birthday – Thank You, Minerva!

We were exploring local options to celebrate our child’s birthday and were truly impressed from our very first visit to Minerva Indian Cuisine. During our initial interaction, we met the owner/operator—who is also the head chef—and his wife. They listened to our requirements attentively, especially regarding spice levels for the kids, and assured us that everything would be tailored to our needs.

They were incredibly accommodating, helping us finalize a delicious, well-balanced menu at a very reasonable price. The day before the event, they even allowed us to come in and decorate the space for the celebration, which meant a lot to us.

On the day of the party, everything went smoothly. The food was excellent—exactly as we had requested—and all of our guests had great things to say about both the flavors and the presentation. We felt truly cared for throughout the entire process, from planning to execution.

Choosing Minerva was one of the best decisions we made. We feel blessed and grateful for the warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail they provided on such a special occasion.

Highly recommended for anyone planning a family event or simply looking to enjoy authentic Indian food with exceptional service!

Absolutely Delicious Haleem at Minerva!
I recently tried the Haleem at Minerva in Ballwin, and it was a delightful experience! The texture was incredibly rich and creamy, with perfectly balanced spices that brought out authentic flavors. The slow-cooked meat was tender and blended beautifully with the lentils and wheat. It’s definitely one of the best Haleem dishes I’ve had in a long time. The portion size was generous, and the presentation was fantastic. Highly recommend trying this if you're looking for a comforting and flavorful dish. Minerva never disappoints!

The buffet was absolutely delicious! The chicken starters were crispy, flavorful, and a perfect start. The dum biryani was aromatic and packed with rich spices. The naans were soft and fresh, complementing the curries beautifully. To top it off, the Double Ka Meetha was a heavenly sweet treat!
