I was visiting St. Luis for day from Texas. We are spoiled when it comes to Indian food. We wanted to eat at Indian restaurant preferably with lunch buffet. This place may look like an inside restaurant but once enter it has decent space. Most importantly their food was excellent and very tasty. Loved their baby corn Manchurian and pepper chicken. Minerva restaurant caters for our American Natya Dance Festival for past 3 years. Their flavors satisfy both Indians and Westners pallet. They are very flexible with the change of menu and number of people attending the festival. They were prompt on time and very friendly with us. As it was 3 day long festival food becomes one of the major factors and with Minerva, I can blindly feel Jitender will take care of food and flavors.

Good staff, spicey food. Feels like indian restaurants has forgotten basic dishes, garnishing principles or anything for that sake. Paneer biryani looked like paneer curry over biryani rice. Biryani rice has some black clusters which I could not make up for sure whether they were rice from the bottom of the pan or pieces of meat.
