Monsoon Vietnamese Bistro

SO GOOD! I've tried their Pho, dumplings, and something else, I forgot. It's been a few weeks and I've been meaning to give them a good review. The flavors there are so delicious, and their Pho is bursting with it.

Nick is an amazing owner and cares for his customers!!! This place is amazing and the PHO and Lemongrass Chicken (extra Spicy) isssssss sooooo freaking good. And don’t forget to get the Vietnamese coffee because even non-coffee lovers will enjoy it!

Fabulous food and outstanding service!!

I was surprised by the excellence of their food. Normally I temper my expectations for restaurants in strip centers. The food was fresh, well prepared, and flavorful, and the portions were plentiful (the spring rolls were stuffed with chicken!). They were on top of the covid, and everything was very clean. High marks all around.

My family has been going to this place for years and it never disappoints. Favorites are the curry, vegetable fried rice and beef pho.

The service here is really fast and always polite. The servers always make you feel welcome and never rush you out the door. The dining room is always clean and inviting but it fills up fast during lunch so get there early! Having tried a lot of places in St. Louis, I can say this makes my top 3 places for pho. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love their BEEF PHO and crispy rolls. We have compared Monsoon’s pho to multiple others: China Bistro, Rice Thai Bistro, DD Mau, Mai Lee, Pho Grand and another place in Creve Coeur. All are good, and while Mai Lee, Pho Grand, and DD Mau were great, Monsoon’s pho still had just something to their broth base that is irresistible. We get it every 7-14 days. Highly recommend!

So happy I almost cried. Took me forever to find a good pho place where I used to live, but luckily the first place I found after I moved has some of the best pho tai and spring rolls I've ever had. They give you healthy portions of everything for the pho and they give you the beef RARE instead of it already being cooked, so it's a much better experience. The broth was clean with good amount of onion. The spring rolls were not small and wrapped well so they were super manageable. The peanut sauce actually had peanuts in it, kinda rich, and sticks really well to the rolls. The inside of the restaurant looked like a great place for a date. Will definitely be going back after Covid. Get some mochi from Pan Asia for some dissert.
