Definitely good product and nice options. But does need options for those with lactose challenges and management needs to get on cleanliness..the women's rr tile looks like someone sprayed yellow liquid on the wall under the drier. Had to ask for towels so I could clean a table since all were nasty

We all scream for ice-cream and it’s good

I took my 3 kids here and spent $40! I thought the price was crazy high, but I was totally unprepared for the microscopic sundae they brought out. Literally, 1/2 scoop for $7.49. We used to have weekly delivery of multiple flavors of ice cream, milk, cream etc… Until that got out of control. Oberwise has lost it’s mind and lost our business. No mas.

P.S When I brought it to the attention of the cashier and her associate, they both said,
We’ll refund your money, not even an attempt to rectify the situation.

Our favorite to go place for ice cream. It’s fresh and tastes awesome! I overheard many other customers ordering orange sorbet - thats my next visit to do.

So I am pregnant and I LOVE peppermint ice cream and no other stores sell it near me. I was really craving some so I went and picked up a quart of it and a cup of it with a brownie. These ladies that were on shift were the absolute sweetest people ever. I don't know what I was thinking, obviously I was not or maybe its the pregnancy brain. I left my bag on top of my car and when I say I got all the way home to realize what I had done the tears were already streaming down my face. I called to let them know what happened and they replaced my order free of charge! When I pulled up I could see the ice cream smeared on the road in front of the plaza. Broke my heart. I'm beyond grateful and I know its just ice cream but its not to me its my FAVORITE ice cream ever. So thank you to the beautiful ladies that were on shift tonight, the assistant manager handled my breakdown with such ease, thank you again and MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YALL<3

Would love to give a good review but their ice cream has corn syrup as one of the top ingredients. Disappointing since it's a local dairy and was expecting cleaner ingredients especially when it's marketed as Premium ingredients

This was a cozy little ice cream shop. It was my first experience in an Oberweis, and I will likely be coming back. The ice cream is delicious, but be warned, it is a bit pricey. I liked that they had freezers available for purchasing in bulk.Only complaint: there was a massive beetle crawling across the floor. Unsure if they have a bug problem, or if it was an anomaly.
