Hands down greatest dining experience of my life. Chicken Shawarma Arabi did not disappoint. MUST TRY.

I have had multiple horrible experiences with this establishment from their service to quality of food. First and foremost I found a curly black piece of hair in my food TWICE at different times - once in my coleslaw and instead of replacing the entire plate they only replaced the coleslaw and gave back my half bitten shawarma. I was astonished and flabbergasted. How do you wear a hair net and still have hair in the food. Instead of apologizing or giving a compromise on their mistake they gave me a dirty look for pointing it out in front of other customers. Horrible experiences.

I have never eaten here before and I mistakenly placed an order at this location instead of one in Texas, I felt terrible, called back to just pay for the order because that was my mistake because I didn’t pay attention where I was placing the order, they would not take my payment which means the kind of service this place provides is very evident, heavily customer focused.

It is not just money driven environment, but they actually care about customer experience and I’m sure their food is phenomenal. When I visit I will come here in a heartbeat to eat.

The kindest people! Accidentally placed an over phone order by mistake from out of state and they would not allow us to pay for it over the phone. Can’t wait to visit one day.

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I went with my family. We enjoyed the excellent food and found the service to be quick and attentive, which made for a pleasant dining experience. The prices were reasonable too. Additionally, I think it would be beneficial for them to address some wear and tear, such as the ripped chairs. Overall, it's a nice restaurant, and I would definitely recommend it!

Original Shawarma House has one of the best Shawarmas in the area, I'll not deny that. I'm disappointed by their service. I ordered 3lbs for chicken Shawarma, it's not like I ordered tons, even though it was early enough and I could see their Shawama on the grill was huge but they limited me to only two orders with no explanation. When I asked to talk to manager they said manager was not available.
I'm excrement disappointed because customers continued to come and order and they continued taking orders.

We had the appetizer platter and chicken and beef shawarma with fries. Everything was good, fresh and have their own flare added to it. Absolutely delicious reminds me of Detroit Mediterranean food which is very good. Thank you, so much for giving me my fix.

First time here and I’ll absolutely be back! The food was amazing. I got the beef shawarma on saj bread and it was sooo good! The bread had a nice crispness and the sandwich had so much flavor. It was somehow sweet, savory, and a little tangy all at the same time. I can’t wait to come back!
