Took them an hour to deliver. Food came in cold. So I called for a refund or remake. Sat on hold for 15 minutes, said they couldn't find the order. Ultimately, I had to drive out there and show them the receipt to get a refund. Terrible service. Terrible food.

Ordered once. A teaspoon of sauce on the pizza. Ordered a second time, with extra sauce, still a teaspoon of sauce on the pizza. Staff really needs to read the instructions and stop skeeting people on the tomato sauce. Rude and dishonest practice. Actually read the tickets.

I was in this location personally to pick up my pizza and it wasn’t done ! Both ladies who was on the cash register and the baker both were making the pizza in a very nasty way! No gloves on! Also the lady on the cash register had a nasty big black nails messing up with the dough! And taking the dough out and put all her nails in it Disgusting 🤮 I absolutely left without my order !

This is the FBI. We hate the delivery time. Pizza makes me disappointed because I'm lactose intolerant. Honestly I wish that the delivery man delivered to the wrong address, it would have been a better fate than this. I need a new bathroom.

I ordered my food online and requested for it to be delivered at a specific time because we had to be somewhere. The delivery time came and no pizza! I called to be told they were short staffed and there was nothing they could do. I said screw it and decided to go pick it up myself! Horrible experience and the pizza was disappointing.

Ordered via doordash 50 minutes before closing time. Ironically, they never received the order and canceled it 5 minutes before closing. They had plenty of time to make the food (of the ordered they didn't receive.) This is the second time I have attempted ordering in 2 years. Both of which were canceled at the 10 pm time frame.

Clearly I should have read the reviews before ordering waste of money. Best part about my delivery was that it was sent to door dash. Congratulations on making the worst pizza I've ever had. Would have been more satisfied if you delivered me a jacks pizza still frozen.

Just had the worst customer service I've ever seen. Food was delivered without 2 liter of soda. I ordered bacon pineapple extra cheese and banana peppers. I got just banana peppers. Ordered chicken bacon ranch papadia but got Philly cheese steak. Called the manager and rite out of the gate she was rude. Fast speaking and didn't even hear my full complaint. She was quick to say that isnt what it says on the little white sticker. So the white sticker can eat this cold junk im surprised people still act like that in the position they hold. Wonder why she still has a job. Zero stars from me.

Man, not sure what has happened here. We have been ordering Papa John’s for a long, long time. But the last two times from here we have been delivered inedible messes complete with gooey and undercooked crusts. It is like they have forgotten how to make and cook a pizza.
