Ordered via doordash 50 minutes before closing time. Ironically, they never received the order and canceled it 5 minutes before closing. They had plenty of time to make the food (of the ordered they didn't receive.) This is the second time I have attempted ordering in 2 years. Both of which were canceled at the 10 pm time frame.

Clearly I should have read the reviews before ordering waste of money. Best part about my delivery was that it was sent to door dash. Congratulations on making the worst pizza I've ever had. Would have been more satisfied if you delivered me a jacks pizza still frozen.

Just had the worst customer service I've ever seen. Food was delivered without 2 liter of soda. I ordered bacon pineapple extra cheese and banana peppers. I got just banana peppers. Ordered chicken bacon ranch papadia but got Philly cheese steak. Called the manager and rite out of the gate she was rude. Fast speaking and didn't even hear my full complaint. She was quick to say that isnt what it says on the little white sticker. So the white sticker can eat this cold junk im surprised people still act like that in the position they hold. Wonder why she still has a job. Zero stars from me.

Man, not sure what has happened here. We have been ordering Papa John’s for a long, long time. But the last two times from here we have been delivered inedible messes complete with gooey and undercooked crusts. It is like they have forgotten how to make and cook a pizza.

Kid-friendliness: During my visit, a portion of my order was accidentally dropped and I had already tipped the staff. A girl offered to refund my tip, apologized, and waited for my response. I explained their service and the apology was why I tipped in the first place. People make mistakes. What happened when they quickly corrected it and explained was part of why I tipped to begin with...

Used uber to deliver my food. When parts of my order were missing they told me to get a refund for the item instead of completing my order and the manager thinks this is acceptable. This was the last time. I've reached out to corporate, deleted the app and refuse to do business with Papa John's as a whole moving forward.

Went to this Papa John’s once. The person on the phone took my order, charged me for it, then when I got there 15 minutes later to pick it up, the manager was inside at the register shaking their head like they are closed. I placed the order at 10:15, get there by 10:30, and they were supposed to be open until 11pm. They never made my pizza or intended to, closed the store down early, and still took my money. I was extremely hungry & was really looking forward to it. I’ll never return to this location!
