Sandwich came without half of the ingredients on it. No veggies or sauce, just meat and cheese. Everything was fine the first time I went, but this time I got a dry sub.

Let me start by saying I love Penn Station, but this location has been a disappointment so many times and this was definitely my final visit. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak and had to throw it out after 3 bites because I couldn't choke it down. It was so dry, which should never be a word used to describe a Philly cheese steak. The steak was tasteless and there was certainly not any seasoning used. The cheese was barely present and I ordered it with extra mayo and got no mayo. I tried to doctor it up for the 3rd bite, but it was no use, the sandwich was still not eadible. So disappointed with this location

This can get really expensive unless you look for the specials exclamation point

The night manager and his crew were awesome, the fixed my mistake for free and made my night much easier.

Absolutely love those subs! The cheesesteak is awesome!

They did a great job. It was almost closing time and they could have turned me away but Justin said absolutely let's get you a sandwich. He made it and didn't just throw it together. Good stuff - thanks!

Tonight, 9/12/24, Penn Station on Ballwin was on point. Good friendly service. The food was the best we have had here. Keep it up!!

Penn Station Is one of my favorite places to get a sandwich. Throughout the city of St Louis, I've always had good experiences. This was not one of those times. Two out of three sandwiches were wrong in just about every way possible, I was rushed at the counter, which obviously contributed to the issues that I experienced, and it seemed like they were arguing about what sandwich went with who's order. I will choose my usual places to get it from now on, it's just that I moved out here recently, and wanted to give this one a chance.

It's not clean. Not run well, over worked employees. Scott can't run a business to save his life I wouldn't work for this franchise. His Gmail dint make enough money to support there family

I’d give 0 stars if I could. HORRIBLE customer service. I walked in, was never greeted by ANYONE and I was there for at least 5 min. No how you doing, we’ll be right with you, etc. Then to top it off I saw an employee handling food with NO GLOVES. That’s basic food etiquette. I wouldn’t trust eating here if I were you.
