Put items on that i couldn't have due to being allergic...staff rude and they didnt care especially the girl.cashier I have never met anyone so rude she the items weren't on sandwich cuz she wrapped it my questions now is BEFORE THEY WRAP DO THE OPEN EVERY SANDWICH hmmm no quite sanitary
..unfortunately customer won't ever go back...again before they wrap do they open every sandwich thsnk you

Pickup orders are suppose to be ready for pickup. If you wait to drop the fries until the person arrives, it’s pointless to order ahead of time.

If the fries end up cold, it’s on the customer.

Walk in, nothing ready employees eating. Lazy same people, learn motivation and work ethnic!

Sandwich came without half of the ingredients on it. No veggies or sauce, just meat and cheese. Everything was fine the first time I went, but this time I got a dry sub.

Let me start by saying I love Penn Station, but this location has been a disappointment so many times and this was definitely my final visit. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak and had to throw it out after 3 bites because I couldn't choke it down. It was so dry, which should never be a word used to describe a Philly cheese steak. The steak was tasteless and there was certainly not any seasoning used. The cheese was barely present and I ordered it with extra mayo and got no mayo. I tried to doctor it up for the 3rd bite, but it was no use, the sandwich was still not eadible. So disappointed with this location

This can get really expensive unless you look for the specials exclamation point

The night manager and his crew were awesome, the fixed my mistake for free and made my night much easier.

Absolutely love those subs! The cheesesteak is awesome!
