Successfully ordered online. Store is closed when I drove to pick up. I was wondering if I can get refund. Frustrated…

Wasted a 15 minute trip to pick up one bag of pretzels. When I ordered at the counter none were available- Waite time 8-10 minutes- Poor enough but I ordered anyway. To top it off the cashier told me he couldn’t change a twenty dollar bill. If you only accept credit cards then advertise that. If you can only order online to have your product available then advertise that. Very disappointed

Sitting here for 35 minutes so far, and I still can't get a dozen soft pretzels. Finally got my pretzels after a 37 minute wait.

Definitely try the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites with the (seasonal) salted carmel icing.
Or the pretzel pizza! It's a pretzel pizza crust!!!! AWESOME!!!

I tried to stop in for a bag of pretzels. Ordered 6, I’m sorry that will be a while, at least 20 minutes. I find this ridiculous since you have an employee standing there with one hand running through her hair and the other scratching her back under her shirt. This isn’t even my first less than stellar experience here. This is the experience that made me decide not to come back. Get it together. With that sort of service I’m surprised you’ve survived as a business as long as you have.

After picking up my kids from daycare I came by yesterday to pick up a prepaid order my husband had placed. Unfortunately there was an accident that delayed me 10 extra minutes. I arrived 1 minute after close and attempted to knock and call to explain. I saw employees in the back just ignoring me. I understand they had just closed and If it just wasn’t possible to hand me the order. I would’ve appreciated a response as oppose to being avoided altogether.

I went here this past weekend bought pretzels and they were cold, I was looking forward to a hot pretzel,I knew I should have just went to quick trip.

This was my first time at this location. This place is located in a smaller strip area.

I got the cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, 3 Hand-twisted pretzel, cinnamon rivet, and pretzel dog to go. All were good.

The pizzas were baked pretty quickly. The kids like the cinnamon rivet the most.
