We came in and the employee was sweeping the floor with gloves on, proceeded to stop and packed our ordered pretzels with the same dirty gloves, then received cash in the same gloves, and touched various things around the shop like the iPad, and then, again, our food. Couldn’t eat the food after knowing how many germs had been transferred onto it in just this 1-minute occurrence. Seems to be representative of the store as a whole. Very gross and distracting. Was also handed cheese “sauce” that was just one coagulated solid…

I stumbled across this place and had to try the pretzel pizza! $5 for a cheese pizza? You can’t beat it. Was tasty, we tried pepperoni which was $6.50. Enough to share with two people and an awesome value. I would say pass on the little pretzel bites—they don’t taste very pretzel ish, more like a white bread with seasoning/coating. However, the prices and pizza make this place at least 4 stars and worth a visit!

This place is awesome! Friendly staff, great grub, low prices. My girlfriend and I got a pizza, two pretzel brats, and went to town on the dipping sauces (so many options!) We loved every bit of it. Can't wait to come back soon.

Tried the free pizza promo coupon, the cheese only pizza, and it was good enough that I went back and paid for the next one! Not quite south jersey bar pizza, but then that's why you go to south jersey! Aside from the new pizza offering, the pretzels are pretty darn good. Definitely worth the wait!

Their pretzels are phenomenal. If you need a quick bite to eat, definitely stop there. Pro tip: their pretzels are half-price right before closing, so if you want pretzels, get them after 5:30.

Ordered online but when I went to pick it up, they said they didn't have it. Another person came in, same situation. The guy was understandably upset and the girl behind the counter was very rude. She went on an unnecessarily long rant about why they didn't have his order rather than starting off saying "Hey, our internet has been down, so any orders placed today we didn't receive it." Im not giving 1 star because at least when I showed them my email confirmation, they filled the order without question.

Outstanding! Philly Pretzel Factory in Ballwin is my go to shop. They have the best pretzels and selection of dips for guest. Their manager David Starr, is on top of it and always takes extra care with my big orders. He's very personable and professional too. Their pretzels stay soft as the night goes on which is a big bonus. The "brownie batter" dip is to die for! So good!

I love these pretzels. They have a light crispy crust and are not greasy like most.We bought 6 hot dogs and sausage pretzel rolls and 8 large plain pretzels for $28! It was a bargain and fed the whole gang.The gentleman who served us at the counter was very nice and helpful. If you like pretzels, visit this establishment. It's tucked in a strip mall near Aldi on Manchester, but don't let that deter you. It's worth the stop.
