Absolutely the worst pizza place,
Waited 1 hour and 30 mins for my pizza and then they lost my order and said it would be another 10 mins to re make it I said fine. Almost 1 hour 45 mins I finally get my pizza and I get home and it wasn’t even the right pizza.
Then the guy says i have “credit coming” but still haven’t received that credit and hangs up on me doesn’t even let me order my dinner.
I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again and advise others not to either.
also I was not the only one complaining that night, there was about 6 people waiting for there pizzas and the Pizza Hut worker told the one customer you still wanna wait a few minutes? And the customer said Nope I’m done and walked out. I should have done the same.
If I could give zero stars I would.

Ordered a dinner box and it just never showed up. Called multiple times and no one answered. And the person who did “couldn’t do anything about online orders”

We ordered from this pizza hut location, which has previously messed up our orders many times, but thought we'd give it another try. I sent my kids to pick up the order, and my son witnessed the worker drop our order of breadsticks on the floor, look up and make eye contact with him, proceed to pick it up, put it in the box and give it to them like nothing had happened. He was so shocked that they went to the car with the order and called me to see what to do. I told him to go back and get a new box of breadsticks, which they did but also forgot to give us a 2L of soda that was supposed to be in the order and there was a hair in our wings. I am absolutely disgusted that this happened and if my son hadn't seen it, we would've been served and eaten nasty breadsticks from the floor unknowingly. I am never going back to this Pizza Hut location or any others for that matter ever again knowing that this is the way they treat their customers.

Ordered 2 pizzas tonight. Initially was suprised when they arrived so quickly and then saw that they were completely undercooked and almost raw. Will never order again.
Why would you take an online order for delivery the rate if you don't have the staff or the ability to be able to do it in italianly manner.

Once again the website had me order from this location, and once again the order is 40 minutes late and STILL HASN'T BEEN PICKED UP FOR DELIVERY! The parking lot at this location is a disaster, we tried ONCE. This is the last time I order Pizza Hut. They got rid of the great drivers they had and now use DoorDash, which sucks. My pizza will be cold and stale.

Pizzas and all my orders were soo good just a few months ago, but now, the pizzas don't taste the same and they served me raw cinnabon. :( I can't even make that up, it was literally just the raw cinnabon with icing.
There's another store not that much farther, but I wish management can fix this store. :(

Not sure what happened to this place lately. Our past two orders in the last month were very late. The most recent order took 2.5 hours to arrive and the pizza wasn't even fully cooked. As it turns out, Taco Bell "out-pizzas the Hut" - We ate that instead.

Currently on hold with Customer Service, because store will not pick up. Did not get our 3 sides of ranch at $2.55. The CS rep suggest I drive back 15 minutes to get my ranch. It was also suggest to call the area District Manager between 9 - 11 I guess am. All they need to do is credit me $2.55, they can charge $49 in a matter of seconds, but not credit. Will not be going back.
Apparently, this Store has no idea how to answer a phone. It’s one of the craziest things I’ve ever dealt with.
