Was going to try this place for lunch. Theu had a sign on the door that they were closing at 230..it was 115 when I showed up. They were closed. Then I looked at the plethora of reviews saying people have gotten food poisoning from here so I believe this was a sign for me to never go here. Upon further investigating as well the sprouts are likely why people are getting food poisoning but ill never go here and glad they ended up closing early

Went there yesterday and food was decent, not particularly blown away by it, just average. I was quite disappointed by the look of the place though since the outside looks quite nice. It is very clear that whoever owns it went with the cheapest furnishings they could and has no real pride in this place. This place just has absolutely no style or warmth to it, it looks like they just bought some used booths from 1983 and some old restaurant tables and chairs. The artwork is absolutely horrendous, and the carpet is filthy and worn. They have a nice size place, and people love coffee houses but its not a place you walk out thinking wow i love this place. I think what concerns me the most is that multiple people have commented that they got food poisoning, not one but multiple.

I stopped by recently and saw the manager yelling at one of the employees right in front of customers. It was unprofessional and honestly uncomfortable to watch. The employee looked nervous, so I told her she was doing a good job just to show some support. After checking other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t a one-time thing. It’s disgusting to see employees being treated any kind of way like that, especially by someone in charge. Management seriously needs to be held accountable.

Way overpriced for what you get. The turkey club was very chintzy. Looked like it was made on wonder bread from home. The turkey looked very unappetizing. Just paid $19 for my lunch and I’m still hungry.

Usually I like the food here. I've been ordering it for lunch recently at work. Today however, I was about halfway through when I bit down on something hard. It was a STAPLE. It was bent up like it had been used, but that could've just been from me BITING it. Either way, not cool. 😭
Always come here for coffee and a build your own croissant. Potato and chicken salad is sooo good - both classic which is what I like! Love this place!!

Love the iced lattes and will go out of my way to stop in. At Dunkin’ I have to add an extra shot of espresso. 6N is always perfect as is and @ a reasonable price. Sandwich and pastry selection is nice as well. Something for everyone in the family!
Food is good, but double check to make sure there’s no hair. My grilled sandwich had hair strands, they made me new one but I was skeptical to eat it after what I saw. I don’t have picture because I showed the sandwich to workers and they discarded immediately. Whoever cooks the food and prepares it should wear hairnets, in this case I haven’t seen workers wearing it inside and therefore my food had hair strands- it should be required!

We ordered through the drive though. First the speaker was low so I could barely hear. Then the orders were customized to something we wanted, but weren't told that specifically. Not really a bad thing because they actually catered to what we wanted. But it would have been nice to know that we weren't going to get what was requested. I am grateful for the effort though... The whip cream dissolves instantly. For our family having a pup cup or whip cream only option is a must... so I had to go with 4/5 stars because the kids were very whiny about the lack of whip cream.... haha. First world problems...

4 large drinks and 1 small hot cocoa was around $28 and some change. After I paid, I didn't sign anything so I couldn't leave a tip. I am not sure if that was the typically thing or not.
