Food was not their usual. Bread was dry and old, sandwich must have been missing something because it was very bland compared to the usual. We waited a long than usual for the food to be prepared.

I stopped by to purchase a sourdough loaf and was ignored by the staff until another customer captured some help! Seriously? Your staff sees clients at the counter and ignores them? A woman who has a speech impediment came to help, she was very kind. She said if I want a loaf of sourdough bread I have to order it online and pick it up the following day. Unbelievable! Teach your staff some manners and have them acknowledge customers and send someone to wait on them! Robots can’t come fast enough!!!

I stopped by Panera Bread this morning for coffee and breakfast, and it was such a great experience. The coffee was fresh, smooth, and perfectly brewed—just the right pick-me-up to start the day. Breakfast was delicious and served warm, with plenty of options to choose from. The café had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making the visit even better. Definitely a great spot for a relaxed morning meal and a quality cup of coffee. Highly recommend!

Place was filthy. It was 2:30. Way after lunch rush. Should of been cleaned up by then. Only 2 other customers in there. So not busy. Floor was disgusting. Dirty tables.
Another bad drive through visit. Second time order was wrong. Second time, waiting at window was over 15 minutes. Future trips will be to Des Peres Paneras.

Panera closed a nice location in order to open a pop-up store with uncomfortable seating so that they could offer a drive-through service. Parking is limited and there were no tables to sit at when we got there. Person working the counter was kind and provided good service, however, we tried to order the value duet. Value duet was advertised above the ordering kiosks, But ordering through the touchpad wouldn't allow you to order the value duet and, when searching wouldn't pull anything up. This one's my least favorite experience at a Panera because they're trying to mimic McDonald's.
