The person at the drive thru speaker tells you to hold on and then never takes your order so you pull to the window to place the order. You specifically tell them you asked for no cheese on a sandwich and then the put cheese all over it anyway. 3 weeks ago they told me they are out of bread. This location is a complete circus.
2 times I have ordered a chicken avocado blt
2i have gotten it without avocado. Maybe call it something else. Since they either don't have any avocado or don't know what it looks like.
Yes, this location seemed slightly understaffed and Panera’s food is still expensive for the quality.
However I wanted to give Denise a shout-out because she’s wonderful! This was my first time visiting this location and all the other emojis employees were running around behind the counter.
Denise greeted me and said she’d be right back (Panera seems to give their cashiers a lot of other side work). I was in a bit of the rush so I used the kiosk but forgot to ask for my bagel to be sliced and put on a plate so had to go back to the counter. Denise was incredibly nice and it came across as very genuine. Give her a raise!

Stopped in for a quick cup of coffee with another team member so we can get some work done. I can’t believe how dirty all the tables are how slow the service is. I actually feel bad for the people working here. They look completely overwhelmed and then the bathrooms from the walls to the sink to the toilet in urinals are horrific what happened to Panera bread they have just gone downhill. I mean their staff is so overwhelmed. No wonder the place is so dirty.

Legitimately waited 15 minutes for a drive-thru order of a half Caesar salad and a small cup of soup. 5 minutes at the order screen before someone took my order and a full 10 minutes waiting after. Had me pull up to a # spot and everything. Pitiful and ridiculous.

This was a very nice Panera location. Clean facilities, kind service and a beautiful eating area with a cozy fireplace. Enjoyed a nice lunch and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Why won't they give real receipts for pick up orders?? I quit going a year ago. Went back today and still no receipt for pick up orders!!! ALL other places give receipts!!!!

I waited to write this in hopes that Bread Co would respond to my survey and email, but they didn't.
I placed an online order for pick up. I arrived at the stated time. There were a couple of cars in the drive through, no big deal so far. Then one car sat for 40 minutes at the window. They did not make them move to the side to let the other cars through. I had received the alert that my food was ready, but couldn't get it because of the car. So my food sat getting cold for 45 minutes. To top it off, it was missing my children's food, so we still had to cook something at home.
I responded to the survey telling them to reach out. I haven't heard anything at all. It's been 10 days.
So disappointed in the service.

Food was not their usual. Bread was dry and old, sandwich must have been missing something because it was very bland compared to the usual. We waited a long than usual for the food to be prepared.

I stopped by to purchase a sourdough loaf and was ignored by the staff until another customer captured some help! Seriously? Your staff sees clients at the counter and ignores them? A woman who has a speech impediment came to help, she was very kind. She said if I want a loaf of sourdough bread I have to order it online and pick it up the following day. Unbelievable! Teach your staff some manners and have them acknowledge customers and send someone to wait on them! Robots can’t come fast enough!!!
