Panera closed a nice location in order to open a pop-up store with uncomfortable seating so that they could offer a drive-through service. Parking is limited and there were no tables to sit at when we got there. Person working the counter was kind and provided good service, however, we tried to order the value duet. Value duet was advertised above the ordering kiosks, But ordering through the touchpad wouldn't allow you to order the value duet and, when searching wouldn't pull anything up. This one's my least favorite experience at a Panera because they're trying to mimic McDonald's.

Didn’t realize they put filler of iceberg lettuce in Caesar salad. Which is stated online and when you order as romaine. I feel like this could be an allergy issue and health issue for people. Is this legal? It seems very odd and a little sketchy.

I love Paneras normally, but have realized that they aren't all equal. This was my first visit to this location. I ordered Figo apple salad and think the portion size was small compared to other locations. It was not as good for sure. I also like to drink hot water (I know strange ?) and it was not hot. I will not go to this location again. The one at 141 and Clayton is far better.

I officially will not go back to this location. I thought I would give it a 3rd try, but still couldn’t put the chicken on my salad that I paid for. So frustrating!! The employees look at you like you’re in the wrong, but the ticket reads Greek salad with chx! They are rude and it always takes 20 + minutes for a salad and bowl of soup. It’s only a 5 minute drive, but I much rather drive the extra time to go to the one in Town and Country.
Kid-friendliness: My 3 and 2 year old love the broccoli cheddar soup with extra bread!

I had a very unacceptable , disgusting experience with one of the team members. I waited 15 min to pick up my food and some strange. questions. I was asked what is the phone number instead of my name. The member asked me if I wanted a liquid or a powder sugar. It was specified in the instructions. At the end she handed me the coffee with very inappropriate body posture and called me a babe. She flirted with me. I am a girl and I like guys not girls. Very unacceptable and disgusting experience. I don't feel comfortable to pick up food anymore at Panera.

Terrible service. I ordered bread, just bread. Waited about 5 minutes, still no bread. So I go up to the counter and I’m like “I ordered bread,” then they told me that someone must’ve taken my order. I look around the entire restaurant. There’s just one other person there, eating a salad with a bag of chips (not bread). They give me the bread. I go home, then there’s a hair in the bread lol literally terrible.
