Ordered a Moca and sandwich. Asked for tips, I did give. Didn't give a tissue for the sandwich. Don't these guys have a checklist what to put in the to-go bag. Also, didn't ask my name to put in the cup. Didn't give me or ask me if I want a receipt.
Since when was it ok to beg for tips ? How rude can this place be .. quick fast question .. please give me a tip .. unprofessional
I see the manager responded to my review as if it was just an isolated experience… They are always unprofessional and always begging for tips... They definitely don't do this at kaldis ... Which I have much more respect for them Than this Starbucks

I went through the drive-thru, so I can't address the "atmosphere" of this store. My drink, however, was very good, as was the service and the cheery attitude of the person at the window!

The manager of the store in Ballwin Mo (Ries Rd and Manchester) is extremely rude and has no concept of customer service. Angel is no angel. Does Starbucks offer anger management training for ill-suited workers who don’t know how to address the public or properly manage staff?
I love this little starbucks. The staff is so friendly and the service is top notch.

This is my last time coming to this location period I will drive out of my way to go to Town & Country or the other one on Manchester road. to pay almost $8 for a drink and it too not even be correct or it looks correct and it tastes awful is not okay.

The staff here is always great! Even though they are short staff, they are still always so nice, especially David. Actually, all of the staff! I didn't get to read their nametags ?? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing personal against the baristas, they’re lovely people. But my last six orders, in a row, in this past month alone were all messed up: 3 were mobile pick up orders of the same hot drink and when I finally received them, they’d be cold, as in iced. The first time I just took it but the next two times I waited longer to get the right thing. (And I did receive some attitude for just not taking what I was given. Sorry, I want the hot one, it’s what I like.) Then the fourth order I placed for the same thing, only this time I used a drive thru pick up. It was made cold AGAIN. This is not a special order, it’s the apple crisp macchiato and it clearly is the hot selection. The fifth time I ordered something in the app, it was a coffee with a couple pumps of syrup. I waited an extra 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready before I got it. And then I finally gave up on using the app and ordered the macchiato at the drive thru—-was handed someone else’s drink, went inside to get mine, was handed “mine”, and upon leaving the store and tasting it, found out it to be a plain latte, not the Apple drink.I’m paying money for the wrong thing every time I go here and I think after 6 times, I just need to stop.

I've been to this one before but I'll never go again because of who they hire. Make sure you don't order anything with whipped creme or let Jesse make anything for you.
So.... I get that it's Labor Day but when your lights are on, your drive thru is lit up and there's no sign on your day that gives alternate hours of course people expect that the business would still be open, right? Other people who pulled into this drive thru also thought the same thing. So when I pulled in all I get is, "sorry, we're closed" and a bunch of people in the background just cracking up. I felt like the employees were making a joke out of the fact that I mistakenly thought they were open.
Coffee is great, egg sandwich not quite so much.
