I got the worst drink ever. Whoever was working clearly didn't care. The starbucks 5 miles away made the drink perfectly. Mine was missing ingredients, and was sour. I got the new pecan latte. It was sour, and had no crunch to it. Very disappointing, and won't be coming back. Hope whoever is the manager sees this.

Ordered a salted caramel mocha, they made me a caramel mocha, I asked for toffee-nut and salt, they obliged, but failed to stir / mix it in so it all sank to the bottom. The egg bites were wonderful. However the fact that I had to ask specifically for salt and toffee nut was ridiculous. It's in the name. If they don't have salt, I will ask for extra toffee nut
