Flat out just rude. Do not order from the app, they’ll cancel your order upon your arrival and tell you “it’s not their problem.” Then say “your money should be back sometime today.” They do not honor any promotions and or coupons and could care less when you’re there. Gave this location not one, not two, but three tries and have been absolutely treated like a peasant trying to enjoy lunch on my break at work. I would say try another location if you’re trying to get your subway fix and or a healthy lunch.

Ordered it online and drove over there for pickup and found out that they canceled the order because price was wrong on 1 sandwich. Later ordered it inside. Looks like manager was not in good mood.

You can place an order through the Subway website to pick up, and this location will just void and cancel the order because they don't like the price. Subway restaurants have been closing by the thousands in recent years. I can't imagine why...

I just walked out after over $60 worth food was made, all because I the employee refused to give me a BAG to carry the food I was purchasing in. The employee stated “due to advertisement purposes he can NOT give me a bag to carry my food in”

I asked 3 times for a bag before explaining to the employee it’s a setup. I told him that I will literally drop all my food and drinks walking out the store. I was about to spend $60+ at this store. I even offered to purchase a bag to carry my food in. The employee stated “Rules are Rules” with shrug shoulders.

So I followed his rules and took my money down the street to the “New” Jersey Mikes that just opened.

This location does not honor any coupons or promotions, even though they are a franchise of the famous subway chain. I guess they think they’re special.

The store is very VERY cramped. There is limited indoor seating but a nice patio for when weather is nice. They were stingy with the meat but that could be a corporate thing. Food was fresh and tasted good. Store was clean and bright. Staff was a little standoffish. They do not take coupons.

They don’t listen to what your order is and they don’t care for the customer’s happiness they’d rather argue with you about their mistake instead of taking accountability I ordered a Titian turkey sub American they even repeated it back to me but still put provolone on my sandwich when I brought it back they argued with me and tried to say I never said sub American and continued to say they have cameras so if their cameras have audio it would 100% prove them wrong instead of them taking accountability and remaking my sandwich they rudely gave me a refund and told me they wouldn’t remake it what if I was allergic to provolone then I wouldn’t have anything to eat because they refused to fix a mistake they made I’ve worked in many restaurants and never have I ever been trained to be rude to paying customers I’m highly upset and disappointed that I can’t enjoy my food nor experience from a restaurant I visit pretty often

No coupons accepted: Recently changed owners. Our online order was accepted so we went to pick up the order but the store employees were told to cancel orders with coupons - they had cancelled the order because it had a coupon! Very poor behavior for a business.

I stepped in to get a meal during the afternoon. An older man was berating the employee about a coupon he apparently didn't understand. He demanded a the owners personal number and claimed he would bash them on social media. The employee handled it with grace and professionalism. When she turned to me, she gave me the best service, handled the order with care and with a smile. The good was great and I appreciate how professional she could be even with just experiencing an unhappy customer.

I ordered the buy one, get 1 on the app and the app accepted it. But when I got to the store, the man told me that I could not do that buy one get one even though the app accepted it. I also did my research and it said, if the app accepts the buy one get one, then the store needs to honor it. We'll never go back. There's plenty of other subways to go to. Do not go to the one on manchester and baldwin.Horrible.
