I hate to do this. The staff were all really nice. But all of the ingredients tasted so old that the sandwich made me gag. I took one bite of it and I had to throw the rest away. I also ordered a churro that tasted like it might be a week old. It just turned to coarse, textured dust in my mouth.

For starters, the customer service is absolutely unacceptable!! When I walked in the door the first thing I heard was music blasting with very inappropriate lyrics. When they realized I walked in, an employee came to the food line and sat there in silence, not saying a single word to me. I also noticed that the lobby was a complete disaster. Tables dirty, water puddles on the floor, and don't even get me started on how the floor looked behind the food line. There was food and sauce and trash absolutely EVERYWHERE. It made me sick. But my sister is pregnant and was really craving subway, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to order.I ordered 3 footlong sandwiches and while I was ordering I saw the girl making my sandwich had her hair down and was not in any sort of subway uniform. She was very rude and talked in an off-putting way. The times she did speak to me, she was slurring her words. I then looked her in her eyes and saw they were bloodshot red. When she was ringing my order up I asked her what her name was and she said her name is Starley. I had to use the restroom so I set my sandwiches down on a table and I walked to the restroom. As I was walking back there I saw the door to the back room was open and I saw a lot of vapes, weed pens and alcohol seltzer cans on a table. The back room was atrocious food and trash all over the place. dirt and grim on the floor and the walls. I stepped into the restroom and I was apalled on what I saw. there was urine on the floor toilet and urinal. There was pieces of toilet paper all over the ground, and the trash can was overflowing. When I was in the restroom I could hear screaming and the use of foul language coming from the 2 employees working. I left immediately. When I got home there was hair in 2 of the 3 sandwiches I got. The next day me and my sister both felt sick. This place is absolutely disgusting, do not come here!!! This happened a few days ago it and I just got around to making this review sorry for no pictures and the long review, but I feel all of this needed to be said. Please save yourself from making the trip to Ballwin subway on Manchester rd.

I have never had an issue with Subway or any other fast food place for that matter. However, on this particular visit the beef, spinach and light mayo on flat bread sandwich caused quite an explosion within 2 hours. It is truly amazing what the human body can do simultaneously without a person's help. My poor dog thought I was dying on the bathroom floor. After several attempts by phone (no answer "ever" the next day starting at 10:00AM, at the Ballwin location, and corporate apparently doesn't have a phone at all) to warn them that they might want to pitch those ingredients, I gave up trying to contact them. It will be awhile before I try them again.
