Nothing Fancy Just Us

Owners are deplorable. They are as cheap as they come. I guess this is supposed to be the going trend everywhere. Low quality, poor service, rude service, and the owners are right there watching like hawks as their employees treat customers like garbage. I guess when Subway renews franchises, they just see money. They don't look at customer reviews. This has nothing to do with inflation or food costs. This is all about greed. What's sad is that the Goodcents between this one and the other Subway owned by the same people went out of business. The nearby Jersey Mike's is just as bad. And the Jimmy John's is not the same type of sandwiches. You now have to drive a good distance now to get a decent Subway or a Goodcents. If their were only a way for Subway to buy out bad owners and sell them to people who care about customers.

I wish I could give no stars. I went to this location yesterday around 5:10pm when I get off work to get the cookie box deal. When I was greeted by a young gentleman, since the young lady was helping another customer. She got through with her customer and took over from the young gentleman helping me. I told her I want the 12 pack box of cookies. She then stated to me I will have to pick from what she had available, which wasn't that many to even fill the 12 pack box. So, I told her the cookies she has available I don't eat them and why can't she make anymore cookies like she did for the gentleman by the way was same as their race. She told me she was done baking cookies and I had to choice from what was available. I felt so bad, and before I left told the young lady I would be reaching out to corporate and leaving a review of my experience. I did contact the store and someone emailed me late yesterday apologizing. But even Aiza stated I should have been offered to wait for for fresh cookies and they take time to bake and cool off, but like I stated I was never given that option. Please stay away from this location.

All of the breads were just hard. The sandwich breads, the pretzel, and the pizza. All of it just felt hard when you bit it. Also they were pretty late on our order.

I've had a few negative experiences here and it has been a while since I have returned. The new 6.99 deal brought me back. The woman told me the deal is not for cookies only chips even though the sticker on their window advertises cookies! I got home and the bread is so hard it won't seperate. She sold me old bread! It was so tough and was drowned in mayo I the everything away.

my experience was far from satisfactory. The service was horrendous, as there seemed to be a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and despite this, it still arrived incorrect. It's disappointing to see such a lack of attention to detail. It seems as though there isn't enough training or perhaps the hiring standards need to be reevaluated because such incompetence should not be acceptable in a customer-focused business. This visit was a letdown, and it makes me hesitant to return or recommend this location to others.

I’ve been going to subway for long time. Been to several locations, many times each. This particular location at Twin Oaks is by far the best. You’ll never get a better sandwich anywhere else. They are not shy about the meat they put in the Italian B.M.T.! Every time I go, to this location, I can never eat the whole footlong. I’m not complaining, because I always have half a sandwich for my drive home. Win/win for us both! Thanks guys!

EVERY time I order online from this place the order is wrong and even the receipt is wrong. This has happened so many times that I have decided to cut the entire chain from my menu options going forward. It's a shame, because I practically lived off of this for years in college and beyond.

I love PRETZELS & was excited to try Subway's new Foot-Long Pretzel. Don't waste your time or money, it is inedible. Hard as a rock, flavorless. Basically a long burn roll with salt on it...
