I ordered 2 potato tacos with added seasoned beef and onions. I received 2 potato tacos with lettuce and some kind of sauce. These rejects at this store don't know how to follow simple instructions for toppings. They also refuse to answer their phone when a customer calls their store. Avoid at all cost.

After waiting over 30 minutes, watching the crew members handle money and touch their face with their gloves on, watching people come and go before I ever got my food, I highly doubt I'll ever be back to this location. Either a manager was not on duty, or the manager was completely obvious to all the issues. Either way, it was horrible. I won't be eating what I just paid for either after watching it made. It's not that hard to take your gloves off and put new ones on. You shouldn't be touching any part of your body or money, then making people's food. It was disgusting to watch.

Drive thru 12/4/24 Horrible service, terrible attitudes from employees. There are several other Taco Bell’s within a ten minute drive on this road. I recommend going to literally any other one of them. They couldn’t give me an online order in the drive thru after telling me to pull forward and making me sit through the line. Then, with a very rude demeanor, they asked me to come inside to get the bag. It was sitting less than ten steps from the drive through window on a counter. The lady could have literally turned around without even freaking walking anywhere and grabbed it. Why not just tell me to come inside from the start? Why couldn’t she walk two feet to get my order? What the heck just happened? Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to.

They close at 1:00 AM and you get there at 12:30 they will told you we’re close in every single day If you close early update your hours and don’t let people drive to you!!

Walk in is very cold, impersonal. No one greats you and in fact just the opposite. You must order yourself, pay yourself or cash at counter when someone can pull away to take cash. People were lined up waiting. Clearly they do not like to serve the lobby and are geared toward drive through.

Customer service today was simply amazing. Guy at the front counter Deandre was awesome with his customer service skills!
Mariah was pressing us to order as soon as we pulled up. After we told her to please give us a moment, 30 seconds later, she told us we’re on a timer as soon as we pull up to the intercom. There was no one in line in front or behind us. How is a timer a us problem, and why can’t you give us time to look at the menu for more than half a second? At the window she was short with us and closed the window on is multiple times when we were asking for sauce, etc. We asked how to leave a review for her behavior and she slammed the window on us.

A pretty good Taco Bell. Food is as you'd expect it to be. Some issues getting what you actually ordered (customized items), but overall good. Much better since they rebuilt. The biggest negative is that when dining in, the music is way too loud. Please turn it down.
