Y'all mess orders up a lot, you've been better about it recently. But WHAT is with the sauce packet chokehold going on now?! If I order online and I order 15 packets, do NOT give me 5. Prepare the order as requested.

I usually hit the Taco Bell on Olive near Fee Fee because it's right on the way home from work, but this one on Manchester is always way better. The employees are nicer and the food is always made perfectly. At the Olive TB, the food can come out really half assed like they're in a rush. Not at this one.

We ordered food and had to check our receipt because it was wrong. Went back up and there was no greeting, no we‘ll be right there, or one second. The worker in dreads saw we brought in a bag and walked away and proceeded to prep food without any word. I stood there very awhile as we kept making eye contact, no help. Looked around, no help. Wasn’t busy inside or outside. Finally one of the younger, shorter coworkers came up and helped me. He apologized and helped me get the right items. I found the treatment prior to be rude and unprofessional. The man who helped me made the visit not completely horrible.

Adding to the growing list of Worst experiences. ordered loaded beef nachos ( swapped with potatoes) and fire sauce (4 packets). Nachos are supposed to be hot but not even warm. Potatoes were just sprinkled in very less amounts. Missed to include sauce packets. What the heck of a service is this

Mariah is the best. She’s so kind every time I visit and she’s working the drive thru window. Even though I know she’s busy, she makes you feel like the most important customer and is engaged. She also acknowledges my kids who like to pay from their window. I go back to this location because she’s so kind! Thanks for being so kind!

You aren't going to get any help at the counter. They are trying to go completely contactless. When they first opened, the staff was very rude, demanding that I order through the kiosk.

I recently visited Taco Bell and was pretty disappointed with my experience. During my visit, I observed the manager counting money while wearing gloves, and then, without changing them, he proceeded to prepare food. This is a major hygiene concern. When I got my order, my crunchy tacos, which were supposed to be supreme, were missing the tomatoes. To make matters worse, the tacos were stuck to the wrapper, causing them to fall apart as soon as I tried to eat them. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and hygiene was really concerning.
