THIS LOCATION IS NOT GOOD!!!!
Let me start off but saying this location used to be very good but it has went so downhill, I am NOT a person to complain and am very understanding.
Me and my boyfriend ordered Taco Bell for pickup tonight, we live 5 min from this location, when he got home, my steak fries were COLD and not even seasoned plus they only gave me 8 FRIES! My cantina taco was completely burnt we could smell it though the bag and the chicken inside looked stale and old. We did not get forks for anything and the staff is unbelievably unprofessional and rude. I’m pissed because instead of enjoying MY food that I payed with MY money because it’s that bad, I get to write a review so someone higher up can take this seriously! This location is a joke and the root of the problem is the staff, the attitude on some of these people is crazy. Again I’m a VERY understanding person and have never left a review for anyone until now. People shouldn’t have to go to a different location further from home just to avoid this store.
To add on last Saturday me and my boyfriend ordered through the app for delivery, food said it had been picked up and then said it was handed to us. That was absolutely not true so we contacted the store and told us to contact DoorDash, to which we did and they said they sent the refund through Taco Bell so they needed to do it though their end. We went back and forth until we waited till Monday for customer service to open. We called and they said they denied the refund. I spent over $30 there. Absolutely ridiculous that I CANT get MY MONEY back for food I NEVER received!!!
This store has gone downhill and needs to be dealt with!!!! I want to be able to order food without having to worry about missing food, Burnt and old food or disrespectful staff! Again I am EXTREMELY understanding and realize things happen but this is an almost every time we visit type of situation. I really hope this can go further and someone will take care of this place. I have to say I completely agree with everyone low stat rating here. This location can do better!

I received a unwrapped Barreto is this right??? Pluss at the bottom of my drink was what looked like a luggy. Can you tell me what is going on. Iwas not rude. What is wrong with you????
I had a disappointing experience at the Taco Bell drive-thru Jan 19, 10:30 pm, primarily due to the Lady conduct. Her approach felt quite unprofessional she came across as rude and seemed unsure about how to handle routine customer service interactions efficiently. This behavior didn’t align with the welcoming service I’ve come to expect at Taco Bell. I hope she receives the necessary training to improve their customer engagement skills, as a friendly and professional demeanor significantly enhances the dining experience. I believe addressing or TERMINATING her would resolve these issues and provide better customer experience at this location and THIS ISN’T THE FIRST TIME .

If you desire no human involvement, you will be happy with Taco Bell. I am not certain if they take cash.
By the way, they have joined the ranks of fast food offering (drum roll . . .) Chicken nuggets! We did not try them.
As with all of these joints, the drive-up takes priority. Dine-ins are second or third class.

I placed two mobile orders this morning at 9:30. The store opens at 9. The employees refused to answer the drive thru. At first wouldn't answer the phone, and when they did I explained I'm just trying to pick up my mobile order and they hung up on me. This store took my money and then refused to make my food. I could see them laughing inside the building. This is unacceptable. The doors or locked so there's no going in and talking to anyone. This company has become such a joke! They literally steal from people! I have to wait until Monday to even try to get my refund through corporate! Do not go to this location I less your into throwing your money away to be laughed at and left hungry!

I just moved here this past spring and it is so unfortunate that I have ended up with the closest Taco Bell to be being the worst Taco Bell probably in the whole United States. Everything is always STALE, soggy (my chalupa shells are literally WET) and/or cold. Like what are we doing?? Who owns this Taco Bell? Please whip this place into shape - probably need all new staff to fix this issue.

I don't recommend coming here in the evening. I'm not sure if the employees are different at night but every time I've been here after the sun goes down, the quality of food goes down and the employees become incredibly rude and have no respect for their customers. They usually close their drive-through at night, so you have to come inside to order. The wait time for the food is long, with the food not being worth the long wait when they continuously mess up orders. On my most recent visit, they made half of the order wrong. With the environment being so uninviting, I'd rather get out of there as soon as I can than stick around for them to fix it. No one is wanting to take orders, they expect you to use kisok, their manager sits in a corner listening to videos at full volume, if you have anxiety I don't recommend this place at all. It's not a welcoming environment

I had a pickup order at 5:50 pm today I have got 3 combos. I have arrived to taco store at 5:45 pm and there was no one at the counter to help and there is a guy who was only taking drive thru order after 10 minutes of waiting at the counter a lady came I asked her regarding the order she didn’t reply anything she came back after 5 minutes and said it’s gonna take more than 30 minutes and I have shown the order ready time and she started shouting on me and saying if u want ur food stay or leave very rude I left the restaurant not going again to this location.

I arrived at Taco Bell this morning around 8:57am. When I pulled up, two employees were standing at the dumpsters smoking. I realized I was 3 minutes early so I just waited at the speaker. Another person pulled up behind me around 9am. I saw the two employees walk back inside around 9:02 so I figured they were coming to take our orders. 9:11 roles around and still no one has come to take our orders. The person behind me left. I pulled up to the window to see no one in there. I decided to try going back around to the speaker to see if they'd come. Sat there and waited, yet again, for no one to come. I finally left at 9:24. As a manager, that's disgusting behavior and they would 10000% be fired. If you open at 9 and have employees there, they should be doing their job. If something is wrong and they cannot do their job, they should at least notify the customers. They saw me pull in and left me waiting for 25 minutes. Would love to hear from a manager

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They will steal your online orders and when I do get an order put through they make bad quality food. This has wasted my time and now I have to wait 3-5 business days for my refund. No solution given by the store or Taco Bell’s corporation.

The staff here are amazing, genuine, and relatively speaking as a father with a 5 year old who is specific on her spicy potato soft tacos and a 4 year old who could care less, the staff went above and beyond of going above and beyond (yes I wrote that correctly). 1. Went to the TB east of 141 and Olive, long line in drive thru, delayed, so many people in drive thru were pulling out of the line and leaving. Inside 2-3 waiters, one was door dash and other was customer who was waiting 15 minutes. This happened to me before (only one time though) where I waited approx 25-30 minutes. Any hoo, my 5 year old is hungry so we went looking for another taco bell and we live in Chesterfield went to the TB near 270 and Manchester. Drive thru. Ordered spicy potato soft tacos, pull up to the window. They apologize and inform me they are out of potatoes but will cut fresh ones for us, asked us to wait 15 minutes. We went inside and waited. Mr Vikram and Mr Teja, from my understanding are part of management, and the other employees said "its for his daughter lets take care of them" or something along the lines. Took care of her (and all of us) they did. These were the best potato tacos ever, so much that my 4 year old who as of right now mainly eats 2 types of food, never potatoes, was eating the tacos. They accommodated us in so many ways, we were the only ones in the dining room, my 4 year old and 5 year old got to practice their dance moves to the music playing, and me and my Wife got to enjoy a wholesome family moment and dinner with our kids in total relaxation. You all are outstanding and will go so far whatever you decide to pursue. I would wish you all luck but I am certain you will not need it. Stay amazing, don't ever stop being genuine, it will make you on top of the world. This much I promise. Your new customer for Life. - Kaz & Family

Unprofessional
Me and my dad decided we were hungry and wanted to find somewhere to eat. We go past Taco Bell and say that it sounds good. We walk in nobody’s at the counter, there was an employee by the kyask, on the phone texting paying no attention that me and my dad were waiting for are food and drinks. She walks right past us to go into the kitchen, no greeting, not even a glance. Not to mention, no employees were at the counter and paying no attention. Last but not least, there was this guy outside LOCKED out of the restaurant trying to get in, and the employees didn’t care and my dad had to let them in. Overall don’t come to this location.
