Customer service is beyond horrible!

Super nice ppl and their Vietnamese coffee and Mango smoothie are the bomb!

My sister took me here, and this was the first place in the U.S. where I’ve had legit Vietnamese snacks and street food. The bánh tráng cuốn tastes just like the ones I had in Vietnam, and the phá lấu—oh my god—instantly took me back to my high school days in Vietnam. The bánh mì is also spot on: airy, light, and perfectly crunchy, not dense or hard like at so many other places. Everything here feels authentic and full of childhood memories.

Food was disappointing—bland, mediocre, and way overpriced. Definitely not worth it. Service was just okay, but the main issue is the poor value. Won’t be coming back.

Great Boba!!

Horrible. Usually this shop has done well for us over the last couple years. Its a nice treat at the end of the day. However, today, Nov. 14th, I came in before close, still half an hour before. We got one single drink, the brown sugar oatmilk boba. This milk was extremely expired. It tasted sour and clumpy. When we opened the lid there was a sour smell and there's small clumpy pieces. It made me real sick, nauseous and currently still is even an hour later. This isn't something I expected to have messed up or puke up. This is ridiculous and cannot be meeting standards.

Me and my siblings came by Monday Night just to get a boba tea, but we ended up staying for some Bahn mi as well and everything was absolutely delicious!!! Over the counter was Linsa and not only was she super patient with us, she gave us quicl recommendations and informstion on beverages we were trying to figure out on what to get.
We settled with super delicious and simple drinks: Jasmine milk tea with boba, Dark viet iced coffee with boba, and thai iced milk tea with coffee jelly! The combination Bahn mi was SO GOOD! The paté is rich and savory and the pickled vegetables were vinegary with a very light sweetness attached to them. It balanced amazingly and ive been craving it again, haha. Linsa told us that the sandwiches are all made and prepped in their kitchen. Which explains why it had such a fresh texture and smell.
The place is a little bit hidden in the tiny plaza, but its bright and clean inside. They have two completely private bathrooms available that were clean and had hot water. Nothing was visibly out of order or broken. Almost every bench, stool, or chair is on or near an outlet so you can charge your phone while you enjoy your food and drinks! I recommend this place and we are comming back sooner than later for more delicious food, cold creamy drinks, and to enjoy company amongst siblings.
